I decided to buy the Ultra specifically for the ethernet port, but the 4K compatibility was a bonus. I love using Chromecast to cast Spotify on the TV and sound bar during parties, but we sometimes had wifi issues when many people were connected to our network. Since switching to the Ultra, we haven't had any connection problems at all. I still use my standard Chromecast on another TV now. Highly recommend!

Good picture but slow from phone

Solid upgrade over original chromecast
