    Easy to connect in the back of tv, easy to download on chromecast app. Can stream ESPN+ and ufc fight pass.

    I've been looking for a remote for my sound system to control the volume but Chrome cast does it pretty decently so no longer looking for a remote. Has a lot functions like screen savers and the different apps you can pretty much view anything. Pros: able to connect to all of the tv streaming apps except for Amazon... Cons: not sure if its my phone that sometimes it will disconnect from my wifi after a while of no use (would have to restart the app on my phone and connect again to get connectivity once more to the chrome cast.)

    Don't expect this to be a smart device like Eoku or Firestick. This is a gadget you can Cast too. Like from the Oculus Quest or Smart Phone to your TV. It is new to me so I am still learning, but to watch Netflix on my TV, I have to cast it ftom my phone. I bought it to cast my VR games to my TV. I picked this one for the better specs and built in network port to use instead of Wireless. It is nice to have, but not like other TV sticks. Research exactly what you want to do with it, and go from there. I would like to see more for the price.

    Picked this up to test against my current setup (Apple TV 4k). Although I still prefer my Apple TV 4k to the Chromecast Ultra, this is a great (cheaper) option for android/windows users that are looking to have a simple plug and play media device connected to their TV/entertainment system. However, if you are an Apple user I recommend foregoing this device and spending the extra $$$ on the Apple TV. Really dependant on the ecosystem you have adopted.

    Very easy to setup. Pity that not all the soft can cast for the moment. Easy way to connect a computer to a TV without the burden of cables.

    I bought the Ultra 4K version so I could stream the Warriors NBA finals via Chromecast. You get amazing quality and fast speeds.

    Very convenient. Does affect battery life by about 1-5% depending on how long you cast. But very nice device. Especially with Android and iPhone ease of use.

    Easy to use with any android or iphone, 4k looks good, no issues with buffering when using an AC1500 wifi router.

    I have this and an Amazon Fire Stick. I like Chromecast for the capability to display content from portables (phone, tablet) which makes it possible to display some things like live streaming from my cable provider's app which the Fire Stick doesn't support. The Fire Stick has apps loaded on it and you can only load what Amazon provides (e.g., they provide the Netflix app but not my cable provider's app). The Fire Stick has the capability to mirror what's on a phone, but that feature certainly doesn't work with my phone (Samsung).

    I have a Chromecast from a few years ago which worked pretty well, but the Chromecast Ultra is far superior. The ability to plug it in to a wired network is great. I have not experienced any buffering or pixelation so far. Not having to rely on wifi is a huge advantage.
