    Excellent service and support

Been with Google Fi since NEXUS 6P came out and have never had an issue. Gave that phone to the better half then went through two other service providers before switching back on my own phone. Support through Google Fi has always been excellent and service has always been the same in the US as we haven't traveled overseas to test. We both have very low monthly payments since if you use a gig you get charged $10 and we both very rarely use 1 Gb so our bills are less than $30 monthly. Where Google Fi really shines other than support and cost is on a Google Fi device where the phone supports 3 networks with automatic switching between Sprint, T-Mobile and US Cellular depending on your location and strength of signal.

We purchased the service so my daughter could take a two week trip to Ireland. It worked as planned for that. The coverage was pretty good for her internship this summer in Utah, our return trip, and in Northern Minnesota at her college. The cost however quickly exceeded the savings with two $80 bills in a row. The data portion adds up fast for heavy users. She was texting and using FaceTime to call home. We have since switched to another service with unlimited data.

I walked away from Verizon and I have never looked back. My Pixel 4 XL has the maximum potential on Google Fi service and now I'm spoiled with the low bill and quality security. Google Fi VPN is always on wether using SIM data or public WiFi. If you love internet telephoning then this is your dream service. Bounce between three cellular services, and if they aren't strong enough then talk over WiFi. Great customer service. The app is wonderful.

You can get $10 dollars back when you buy this sim. I got it when the esim of my pixel didn't work properly. I wish I bought it in a sale tax free state though.

Actually is free if you go with Google Fi.

We bought 2 Pixel 3s phones from Best Buy (see my other reviews for those). We paid $10 each for the SIM cards, but Google Fi refunded that when we activated with them. So...FREE. The card is so tiny, making it difficult for big hands. It comes with a little tool to open the Pixel 3a SIM tray. Google Fi offers another method to create a SIM: eSIM. You download the software at activation time. This is a new idea being pioneered by Google. We decided to stick with the SIM card. No problems other than just handling such a tiny card.
