There's an "expiration date" buried in the package, and if you install after that date, you don't get the credit. The one I got in the store expired EIGHT MONTHS ago. I will not get the advertised credit. BestBuy should keep better watch on their inventory

You may find that some SIM kits have expiration dates printed on the package; however, Google Fi Wireless SIMs do not expire and can still be used to activate your Google Fi account. Inserted SIM chip in an old iPhone and connected back online in minutes. So far, great connection/data streaming compared to the other big providers. $20/month unlimited voice/text and $10/gig. Unlimited after 6 gig free.

The instructions were easy to follow and all the tools I needed were in the kit. Best Buy was also very fast with making it available after i purchased it online for pick up.

The signal is OK at best. The price point is decent and Customer Service is great. I did not realize it would make me lose my Google voice number that I've had for over 13 years now, though. This was my fault for not paying attention. Anyways I would still highly recommend this for someone looking to get away from the price gouging the big networks use.

Brought a Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 (unlocked), popped in the sim, fired up the Google Fi app and everything worked. I will report back after a few months, but so far so good!
