    Lost case means buy a new pair

    My child lost the charging case and there is no way to purchase another. Now we have the earbuds but they are worthless. Keep your box because you will need your serial number off it. I don't keep empty boxes in my house, so Google said to buy another pair for $100.00. not happy.

    Bought these end of March. Today, less than two months later, they stopped working. They will no longer charge no matter what charger I use.

      We recommend resetting both your Pixel Buds and charging case. Here’s how:
      - Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
      - Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
      - Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
      - When the earbuds status light stops bouncing white, let go of the pairing button.
      - The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete and then start bouncing white.

    Nice ear buds at a good price. I have owned these buds since they were introduced, I believe, with the Pixel 6 release. So far so good. I bought two more pairs for my kids.

    Like others have noted, my supposedly refurbished buds paired to my phone as"Joe's Pixel Buds" or some such, not as a generic device name. This is strong proof there was no refurbishing done, as that would involve a software reset. In addition, my buds arrived without ANY tips. Going back to Best Buy today, will buy eslewhere.

    Purchased a refurbished item for the first time. Didi not work at all. I had some travel planned.. so missed the return window of 15 days. NO support afterwards.. hours in phone.. a visit to store has left me with a broken item. Expected better from Bestbuy

    The earpiece still has what looks like earwax inside. Whoever is doing refurb did not adequately do their job. These came with someone else's bodily excretions. A discount is for open box, not for earwax.

    Pixel buds are great.... Refurbished aren't. Don't waste your money. Buy new. Even being a total tech member means nothing. Died in a year and Best Buy won't repair or replace.
