    Wonderful earpiece works great these are my 2nd pair since I lost the 1st definitely recommend especially if you have a Pixel phone.

    The Certified Refurbished product i received was NOT factory reset and there was NO medium ear tips. It appears the only thing Geek Squad does is toss out the used ear tips and package again to resell. They don't even bother factory resetting electronics before selling again. I am very disappointed and i will not be buying again from Best Buy. Walmart and Target can take my money instead when looking at buying electronics.

    Refubished Pixel Buds A-series. Better to buy new

    The Pixel Buds A arrived. They were clean and worked, but they did not have a full set of ear tips. I was told my only choice was to return the set. They did not provide a method of getting ear tips. I checked with Google about the one year warranty, but they said that they did not certify or refurbish ear buds. They did sell me a new set of tips for about $10.00. Also, the batteries do not seem able to maintain a full charge and run out of power very quickly.

    Black greasy fingerprints all over the charging case. The medium ear tips were missing. Better off buying these new.

    Save yourself some money and buy these open box. I actually bought 3 pairs and couldn't be happier. Looks and works like they're brand new for half the cost.

    The ear buds work perfectly well. It js adequately loud and I just love the fact that it is noise cancelling. I rate this priduct a 10/10.

    Absolutely fantastic earbuds, totally handsfree. Google assistant makes it easy to get things done without going to the phone. Could be a bit cheaper.

      - Disconnect and then reconnect the Google Pixel Buds A-Series to the device.
      - If the earbuds still don’t work, ask the customer to have their device forget the Google Pixel Buds.

    Medium tips missing - likely a repackaged return

    Same issue as everyone else. The box they arrived in was beat up (the product box, not the shipping box) and the medium ear tips were missing. This is clearly a return where they threw away the medium tips, repackaged the buds, and called it a day.

    When I saw the reviews here talking about how people were getting these with no tips I assumed it was something that had been seen and handled, but I just got a pair of these and it had literally zero earbud tips so I couldn't use them at all. They probably took an order that someone returned through it in a box and shipped it out to the next person who bought it, which is entirely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. If you're selling a refurbished product you should at least open the box to make sure the basic accessories are in the box.
