    Not a good product. Quality missing

    There is a bit of wear and tear on the product and it’s not factory reset. Best Buy just sold me a returned product. Quality was okay. Sound can be heard outside also like a mini speaker.

    Happy with Product, Not Happy with Geek Squad Cert

    Item came dirty and missing accessories. So far the case battery seems that it cannot hold a charge (charges fast and charge depletes fast.) Will likely ask for a replacement.

    These came in original packaging and paired easily. I did have to change their name from Michaels Earbuds, but it was no big deal. Better than paying 2x as much to get one replacement earbud from Google to replace one I lost

    Great quality for a refurbished pair

    For a refurbished pair, they seem pretty new to me! My one issue was that it took a while to pair them with my devices as they may not have undergone a factory reset, but after finding some advice online it was easy to resolve.

    Bought refurbished. Left bud works great, however, right bud is very faint with sound turned all the way up. Not even a good refurbished product.

      - Remove or unpair your Pixel Buds A-Series from your mobile phone. Once it's no longer paired, place both your earbuds on the Case and make sure to fully charge it before pairing it again with your mobile phone.

    It broke right after the 3 weeks returnable period. I thought it was usually 1 month. will never buy open box from geek squad again :-(

    Just buy a new pair. The one I received was not clean. They was not even the same serial number. My left ear bud will die before the right one .

      Hi Chris, we appreciate your feedback and we understand how frustrating it may be to not find the right fit.

      Trying out all 3 ear tip sizes was a great idea. We also recommend gently inserting your earbud with the wingtip or stabilizer arc and tucking it into each ear to provide a better fit. Slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud. A good fit will definitely improve the listening experience with A-Series.     Bad. One of the earbuds wasnt working, there werent other sizes for me to use and the one working charged very slowly. Would reccomend to buy new ones instead

    Unable to sync to my phone, wouldn't turn on. I don't recommend the refurbished one. Returned with no issue. Bought new ones with no problem.

    The ear buds got great sound and also came very clean like new. I love them but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because they seen to die a little faster than they should. It last about 3 hours of continuous use and gotta recharge.. over all I'm very happy with them for a used pair of buds

    Not a bad price. Decent sound and battery from what i can tell. However, i will be returning. The wing tips and the earbuds themselves arent that comfortable. After a couple minutes i feel pressure and irritation and have to sometimes take them out. I also have some trouble putting them in at times.
