These are a great sounding set of earbuds with a great feature set at the price. My first recommendation for people looking for headphones/earbuds is what phone/device will you use with them and does that manufacturer make earbuds or headphones because those are definitely going to work well. I use these on a Samsung phone and tablet, but those are also Android, so the integration is there. If the feature set is correct, there is no reason you should not get them with one caveat. I am fortunate in that the medium size fitted to just about every earbud out there fits my ears, but having used earbuds with fins, it is notable that the fin is mounted and not interchangeable. For me it fits great and I love it for stability during workouts (nothing worse than an earbud that perpetually feels like it is going out than actually doing so); however, an ill fitting fin can cause great discomfort, so that is my one caution.

This is my second refurbished pair I bought from Best Buy and I love it. My last one I washed twice in a week by mistake. That's the reason why I had to purchase the second one. I love how it fits on my ears and I like the quality of the sound.

Easy paring with my Pixel 4a, great battery life and good enough sound. As has been mentioned in other comments, these being the refurbished model, in my case they came WITHOUT the medium sized eartips. I can use the others, but might be missing the best fit.

Hi darrenledermann, thanks for reaching out. You may want to try out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best ear tip seal. A good seal will definitely impact the sound quality, and will enhance the sound levels that you hear. Also, your A-Series come with a stabilizer arc that ensures a gentle, but secure fit. Try gently inserting your earbud with the wingtip or stabilizer arc and tucking it into each ear to provide a better fit. Slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud. Check out this link for a visual guide on how to get the best fit for your A-Series: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7573099

Your Pixel Buds A-Series should come with 3 eartips size options in the box: small, medium (attached to earbuds), and large. We recommend contacting BestBuy for further help with the missing eartip. madebygoogle

Good serviceable bluetooth earphones. Lost some features compared to the original Pixel Buds 2. Still, it is a great product and sounds fine. It is quite compact and easy to carry along.

Hi JoseB, thanks for giving us feedback about the Pixel Buds A-Series, and we’re glad to hear that you find it great despite losing some features compared to the Pixel Buds 2.

We made a few focused tradeoffs to bring the same sound quality, design language, and Google helpfulness of Pixel Buds to this more affordable price. One of those was to focus on wired charging via USB-C for Pixel Buds A-Series. For users that prefer wireless charging, Pixel Buds remain available as a great choice. Pixel Buds A-Series have the same gesture controls as Pixel Buds (2nd Gen) except for swipe gestures that are used to control the volume in other Google Pixel Buds models. To change the volume, simply say “Hey Google, turn up the volume”.

We have help always available for your support needs. Simply let us know if you have any concerns around the performance and functionality of the A-Series by visiting us here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

After having them for over 8 months, I can now give a reasonable assessment. Fit- I found the fit to be comfortable and they stay in my ear very well, even when exercising. Sound- After adjusting the new in the settings, I was able to get a decent sound, not great. I've heard better from more budget friendly earbuds. Connectivity- Easily connected to my pixel pro. No issues at all. Battery life- Not bad, not great, just average, I would say.

We bought three sets. I use one. My daughter used them like they were oxygen. She used one pair up and then another through have use. Sometimes she did not wear them. Mine still work years later. I use them like a normal gen x- less than an hour a day. Sadly, I have not found replacements at the value these were. Inflation? Tariffs? Sigh. Who knows.

The buds are exactly what I needed. I purchased two other earbud styles and this is the only one that doesnt hurt my ears and they stay in no matter what I do. The only complaint is that they werent completely clean. But I cleaned them and the case with an alcoholic wipe for medical use.

Refurbished product works great. The original had charging issues/trouble holding a charge. Then I lost them when traveling, so decided on refurbished when needing another set. Seems like the charging problem has been solved with the refurbished pair. Only charge the case once every 3 weeks, and I use them every day for at least an hour. Its been about 6 months, very happy with them!

I brought these headphones for my daughter cause she lost the first pair at a carnival. She only has to charge the case every couple of days and the headphone hold a charge for a good 7 to 8 hours per charge. They feel very comfortable in her ear without falling out. These have been her favorite headphone so far.

For anyone else it would be difficult to find fault in this product. Great sound and formidable in design. However, for someone with a movement disorder, its just not practical. Don't take my situation as an overall. This is an impressive product. Give them a chance if you are in the market.

Item was not reset and had the previous owner's name. Minor scratches. Looks new. Easy set up. Good battery life with moderate use and can standby for a long time. Although, I don't know what it is, but the connection can be unstable sometimes, increasing or decreasing volume randomly.

I bought a refurbished version of the Pixel Buds and not that satisfied. I own a pair of the Pixel Buds already and bought this as a back up. The case was dented and the ear tips were not like the original so the fit is lacking which is impacting the sound a little bit. For the price, it's not bad. Love the rubber on the ends of the buds to really fit in the ear

Hi there, Jopperwoo. We appreciate sharing your feedback. It's unfortunate to hear about your experience with the refurbished Pixel Buds A Series. It's disappointing that the case arrived dented and the ear tips didn't match the original ones, affecting the fit and consequently, the sound quality. While it's good to hear that you appreciate the rubber on the ends of the buds for a secure fit, the overall satisfaction with the product seems compromised due to the issues you encountered. We advised contacting the seller so they can assist you with your concern. Most refurbished products come with a return window. If you're within that time-frame, you can consider returning the earbuds for a full refund or replacement.
