No ear tips. Poor customer service.

The second pair arrived much later and was missing all of the tips rendering them unusable. I messaged best buy and came in trying to get replacement tips and no one could do that. Had to return them without ever turning them on.

If the technician ever tested these they should never pass the test. Either the Geek Squad didn't tested and cleaned it at all and just ship it. Geek Squad was totally irresponsible. There was no QA or QC either. Totally unacceptable.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. So it’s not always possible to get a perfect seal, and audio can “leak” in from outside. With Silent Seal, Pixel Buds Pro can adapt to the shape of your ear and adjust Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to compensate, so you can fully immerse yourself in music or clearly hear your video call. These came dirty, without the eartips on the buds, and without any eartips at all. I know they are refurbished, but this was unacceptable. I purchased another set of refurbished pixel buds, and they came with everything they should. I returned.

Resetting your Pixel Buds Pro and reconnecting it with your Pixel 7 Pro is a good troubleshooting step to isolate the connectivity drops you experience. Keep in mind that resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling/disabling features, and that you may need to set it up again. To reset:
- Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds.
- Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
- Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
- When the earbuds status light stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
- The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete, and then start bouncing white. Your Pixel Buds will be reset and should be ready to pair immediately.
- You will need to forget and re-pair any other devices Pixel Buds were paired with.

Sounds muffled, didn't receive Rubber Tips

They won't let you get an extended warranty on these. Like others, I didn't receive all the tips with mine. Sound is also muffled like underwater and I cannot tell if it's the device or lack of tips.

My only complaints about the product itself is that my earbuds will sometimes fall out when I'm moving around, and I wish the max volume was a notch or two higher. Outside of that, I love Google Assistant, Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, and everything else these things offer!

The only thing missing was one of the pairs of ear tips, which I ended up not needing but could be a factor for someone else. I use them with my Pixel 8, Pixel Tablet, and Windows laptop, and there are no issues I've come across, except that they can only connect to 2 devices at a time. I think the Pixel Buds Pro are a great value getting them refurbished, would definitely recommend based on my experience.
