Refurbished pixel buds pro just like new!

Customer Service sent a replacement and the second set arrived with apple air pod ear tips in the bag, and no charger. Both were gross like they don't even clean them. Then when I tried to return them to the store, they wouldn't give me my money back because their system showed a zero balance because the replacement messed something up. So I have no functional headphones and I am out $120. Just buy them new from Google, not from Best buy.

The refurbished is a pretty severe issue. My buds came to me covered in Blake's earwax. I know it's Blake's because they were not reset. And they were not cleaned. And Blake should probably see the doctor because this amount of earwax is unhealthy. The buds also arrived with the ear nibs. I figured they would toss the old ones ( and I'm happy they did, Blake has an ear wax issue, but I also thought they would add a cheap set of silicone nubs. So I got a good deal on refurbished but I had to buy a set of the memory foam nibs the headphones are supposed to come with.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was sent an unrefurbished pair they weren't even clean when they came and I took them out of the box I noticed they weren't clean and when they turned on their was a beeping noise that couldn't be fixed so I took it to my near by best buy and when I took it to the counter the gentleman called over his manager and they both apologized and informed me that it was an unrefurbished pair and they did not know which warehouse it came from but thankfully I was refunded
