Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after watching reviews of this product, i decided to go refurbished route. after learning about the product, i ciuldnt justify spending $200 for okay noise cancelling and sound close to the a series buds. i knew i was buying a refurbished item and was not expecting packaging in 'brand new' condition. it seemed like best buy included generic ear tips in two sizes that were hard to install, but theyre installed. for this experience, im happy because they were basically brand new and almost half off!

Both earbuds where missing rubber tips. I try returning it and they said its non refundable. I didn't had a choice but to keep it. I cleaned it well and got some rubber tips. When I paired it with my phone one of the earbuds makes constant static noise. I lost money on time on this. Never buying Best Buy refurbished again.

Hopefully this is a fixable problem. Easy pairing and automatic update. Nice gesture controls but a bit sensitve so if they shift in your ear trying to reposition them will have unintended consequences.

If you haven't tried yet, adjusting the bass on Pixel Buds Pro can help improve the volume boost. This feature can be activated with a device running Android 6.0 or newer. Here's how:
- On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to your phone’s Settings > and then Connected devices > and then Pixel Bud's settings.
- On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app.
- Tap Sound.
- Tap the toggle button to enable Bass boost.
- Once enabled from your Pixel Buds settings, Bass boost will be persistent across other devices such as a laptop or a tablet.
