    No rubber ear tips or cable

    The refurbished earbuds I got had no charging cord and no ear tips (I don't mean no extra sizes, just NONE), so they're basically unusable! They also never bothered to do a factory reset, so all of the previous owner's data and settings were still stored on the earbuds.

    DONT NOT BUT REFURBISHED DEVICES

    Never buy a refurbished device knowing that they don't got full get tested but basic troubleshooting (provide by Google source) this will be my last time I buy items on sale other than me know that I'm will clean or buy a new device

    The earbuds were missing all ear tips. How can it be "certified" when you can't use it?

    Earbuds fantastic, Geek Squad Certified Refurb MEH

    When I buy refurbished, I know I shouldn't expect the same things as a new purchase, but I do expect that all the functional items will be the same. I returned mine because like many others in the reviews, mine were missing a pair of the ear pieces. Unsure at this point if I take a chance buying another pair of refurbs or if I bite the bullet and buy new. I'm not exactly sure what "Certified" Refurbished is vs. just standard Refurbished, but there doesn't seem to be a big difference from what I saw.

    I had to return this item due to the left earbud sound clarity issue . Also the buds was not fitting properly in to my ears.

    Bought a refurbished pair and only the right one worked. I had to return it. Hopefully I get a complete refund

    No Earbuds Tip, filthy case and earbuds. Came without charging cable. I was expecting to receive clean refurbished earbuds. GeekSquad doesn't refurbished the earbuds but they just ship customer returns as refurbished and doesn't clean or properly sanitize the earbuds. It's better to go amazon and buy it from them than bestbuy.
