When are there note to my previous review is that you can connect a storage device via OTG cable or those flash drives that have a Micro USB connection built-in already. Of course you have to have marshmallow for this. This will allow you to play MKV videos with Kodi.

Excellent Media player. Easy to install Kodi since the Google Store is already loaded on the device. I would give it 5 stars if you could plug an ethernet cord into it. wifi only.

Great little box that provides excellent streaming capabilites to your TV, nice crisp HD quality, streams from most of the best, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, among others, I also love that it supports Plex. It was a great value with extra savings as it was on sale.

Will do everything that your Chromecast will do, but also has the added benefit of having a remote. It does have issues with the search though, constantly using YouTube instead of the apps installed, but worth the price, especially if you can get it discounted.

I've been using the Nexus Player for about 30 days and I'm very impressed with the capabilities. Having Google play directly on my television has been the greatest experience. If you're a fan of android and Google apps, the Nexus player is a must have!!!!

it is a great search engine and a wonder to use if it is searching youtube or finding an episode of that 70 show. if you love your Samsung droid system you will be glad you bought this unit, they will be able to so much more as google and droid expand.

Amazing streaming box. Reliable and quick. The only thing holding it back so far is android TV which is far behind apple and amazon and roku. The streaming ability helps though.

I used to use Roku all the time. I got the Nexus player, loaded up KODI and I no longer need cable TV or Netflix. The interface is great and very easy to use. My wife loves it. Best $79 I've spent.

There is a lack of Android application for this platform because unlike other Android devices this one uses an x86 chipset nit ARM. If you buy it with that in mind it Is great

The Nexus player plays any kind of media you can throw at it. I use it for YouTube, Google casting, Kodi and that's just to name a few. It has a Intel atom processor,Bluetooth remote, and gets the current version of android as its released by Google!

I love how right now I can screen what I'm watching on my tablet into my TV. This nexus player also come with some app like youtube where I watch video clip all the time.

The main reason I got this was to not have to use my phone for the Chromecast. This basically is a super Chromecast that can do things on its own with a device having to connect to it. Only thing that sucked was the price dropped right after I bought it.

Product does what it supposed to. Has enough memory to run most Android Apps effectively.

Easy to setup, nice interface, most of the apps are already there. Would like to see Amazon Instant Video and HBO Now to be added to the app list. Overall am very satisfied with this purchase.

If you are entrenched in the google ecosystem, the Nexus player is a must - you can access all of your Google Play Music, movies, and it has Netflix and Hulu+ as well. I was also surprised by the number of games that are playable on the TV as well.

This is a great product and I definitely see myself cutting back on my cable bill. Consider it the future of television.

Simple to use and plenty of free apps to get started with. The remote could use a few more functions. Overall, good value.

The nexus is one of my best streaming devices compared to the G-box Q2 . I would say for the price it's worth buying. Plenty of functions and capabilities. It has ac wife compatibility.
