Awesome phone. My only gripe is that it is not HSPA+ compatible.

I had the Google One, Google Nexus One and now Google Nexus S. A big step forward. Not only in performance, but everything Apple can only dream of such an OS and User Interface Also the music quality has been improved, speakers have been improved, but also via the headset.

I fired Camcast yesterday because now I use wireless internet form this phone on my laptop wherever I go. Its not very fast, but fast enough. Droid X and iPhone has been on the market for a long time so I expected Nexus S to be cooler looking then those phones, but it is not. shame. It looks a lot like Samsung Galaxy. Screen could have been a little bit bigger. Shame that camera is only 5mp. My old Samsung Memoir that I bought two years ago had 8mp!!!!. Droid X is 8MP. While external camera is 5mp internal camera is really bad. Gingerbread doesn't differ so much from Android 2.2. No major improvements. Nevertheless phone is great and I would recommend it. The only thing that sucks about all these smart phones that they become obsolete a LOT faster then your two year carrier agreement runs out.

I'm sure it is a great phone as far as Android goes, but in terms of battery life and software responsiveness it pales in comparison to my last iPhone 3GS. It is almost never on 4G either, typically 3G or less.

I am loving the Nexus S. It is my first smart phone and it does everything i need it to plus heaps more. It takes a little bit of getting used to and may be a little harder to use initially compared with the iPhone, but I enjoy having a less restricted experience with Android.

I love Android. The simplicity and the advanced feature set make this phone a great deal better than any other smartphone out there. The only problem is occassional freezing, but that is something that is easily rectified by a reboot.

Nexus S is undoubtedly the best Android phone you could possibly buy right now. Besides having all the latest bells and whistles, including the new 2.3 Gingerbread Android OS, it's beautifully crafted and it has a solid user experience.

Aside from the Wi-Fi dropping every 10 minutes, this phone is great. I bought this for full retail price because I didn't want to get a data plan and because I'm always in a wi-fi hotspot. When I got it, I noticed that the wi-fi signal was EXTREMELY weak compared to my Nexus One, iPhone 4 and BlackBerry Curve 8900. Even worse, the connection was CONSTANTLY dropping. When the connection drops, it takes about 2 minutes for the connection to re-establish. Even when Wi-Fi is set to "Always On" in Advanced Settings, I kept disconnecting. This is totally unacceptable. I cannot watch YouTube videos without it disconnecting part way. I have replaced this phone 4 times now and have been through Android 2.3.1, Android 2.3.2, and Android 2.3.3. The wi-fi connectivity issue persisted with each new device and each OS update. I've finally had it and I'm going to return this garbage and just stick with my old Nexus One. Google made a huge mistake by choosing Samsung to manufacture their next-generation Nexus phone. Extremely disappointed. Do not get this phone if a reliable Wi-Fi connection is important to you.

I am a software engineer by profession and I can literally say that there is no superior piece of technology available anywhere in the world.

This phone has everything you can ask for. Theres an app for everything and unlike iPhone that charges for all app the Android Market has almost any app you will need for FREE.

This has been a great phone compared to the my touch and click phones I owned before this one. It even has features that are not available for other phones, such as the NFC chip, etc... I would recommend this phone to everyone!

I actually returned it and stuck with my G2. It is a nice phone but kind of disappointing when you had the original Nexus. That one felt so solid like my G2. This kind of felt really cheap. The plastic tended to get a little slick to without a case on it. They should have had HTC or someone else build this. I had such high hopes for it too. Ohh well now let's wait for the dual core ones and see how much better they are

I love my new phone, didn't know how I would like a touch phone, but it's easy to use and I love all the things it can do. The 16gb card is definitely a plus.

There is only one major problem with the device that the manufacturer should urgently take care of - the phone loses the net two or three times a day while the net shows full 3G coverage.

this would be a perfect phone if it would work on the at&t 3g network, very easy to use.... the android 2.3 it wonderful especially the virtual keyboard

Warning! This phone has no SD card slot. You are locked into just the 16GB. If storage is a problem for you or you would like to be able to swap different cards in, you won't get that with this phone. Frankly, if I wanted to be locked into just the pre installed storage, I'd just by the iPhone... I am disappointed with Google putting their name on this phone

Went from the mytouch to this phone, it is amazing. The bettery life is decent for smart phones, nothing spectacular but every other aspect of this phone is spectacular.

Shipping was fast, I will on campus so they specially delivered to my room (the Mail room was closed) :) And I dont have to tell about the phone, it just rocks ;)

Great phone overall... no problems so far... upgraded from a sony ericsson x10i and it was definitely worth it.

I love this phone. Stock android, super clear call quality, awesome battery life. Faster than the Nexus One. No lag at all compared to Samsung Galaxy S.
