The phone has amazing quality and very responsive.

Software is great (although some of the camera software is gimmicky). Hardware is good too.

Only issue was the transfer of data with the provided cord did not work as advertised.

The phone had a few issues when I first got it like could not respond to group texts or send pictures or emojis. The Android 9 system was just upgraded yesterday and today the phone went black. It will ring if I call it but cannot restart phone and do not have charger handy so not sure what is going on

I am still getting familiar with product. May be a five rating in future.

This is a highly Functional and useful smart phone.

Fast, incredibly user friendly, and a camera that beats the pants off my iPhone X. This is the only phone I recommend to friends and family looking to go Android, and all I usually have to do is show them a photo taken by it to convince them. Also, Google Assistant is way more helpful than Siri or Bixby (is that still a thing?) and the accessories like the Pixel Stand turn my phone into a mini Google Home when I dock it. Wireless charging is very fast with it as well. I love this phone. I always have at least two phones, but this is the one that is most frequently in my hand.

I really enjoy the 3xl. I have had it for 4 months, and it is still crisp and zippy. I am not a games, a little candy crush. I use it for reference searching for work, photography, streaming videos, reading, surfing internet, financial management. The pros 1 - The camera, just like every one else says it's amazing. What I really like is the wide angle selfie. I thought it was kind of a gimmick, but I use it a lot! I could write a book on how amazing it is. The video is good. I am not do much into this, I am a photo guy. 2 - Google Assistant. With the squeeze the sides to laugh the assistant, I use it more and more. And now they're is the Google voice that dictates, it is incredibly accurate. I am a physician, it even transcribes the medical lingo. 3 - The screen quality is superb. Bright and crisp. 4 - OS is buttery smooth and absolutely intuitive. I am amazed how flexible Android is. 5 - Duel front facing speakers are fantastic. 6- finger print reader is fast, accurate and in the perfect place on the back. 7 -all day battery. Cons 1 - the notch is stupid. I'm use to it, but still stupid. I rather have bezels. Personally I though the 2xl was just right. It's not a show stopper. 2 - no head phone jack - just a stupid trend. I bought my phone from Google. I have had no issues, it works just fine. The only improvement aside fixing the cons - they have night sight, they should make a slim sight - you know, makes me look skinny.

The only thing this phone has going for it is the amazing pictures that it takes. Though the camera is slow and glitchy. I have on this phone for about 3 months and headphones have stopped working. Google even sent me new headphones and those did not work. When the battery is low a lot of the functions don't work on this phone. Also, this phone has issues playing video.it does not transition while from horizontal to vertical and vice versa with video. I have also had issues connecting to Wi-Fi with this phone. Not worth the price.

I was really excited when I first bought the pixel 3XL. I was changing over from an older Motorola phone and was excited to have something from Google where I could experience Android in it's true form. Apparently, that's where the buck stopped though. The phone worked great for the first few days and then I started having call quality issues where the mic quality would be low or drop out completely from time to time. It didn't happen often enough for me to be too concerned. After a couple months, the phone started freezing and the only way to get it to unfreeze was to restart or wait for an extended period of time for the phone to respond. After troubleshooting this issue with Google, I was left to a last resort of reimaging the phone. That worked for a few weeks but soon the same issues came back. At this point, I was well past the 90 day return period so I reached out to Google and they recommended that I attempt returning it to best buy who I have not yet been able to visit. I've had this phone for 8 months and at this point I experience frequent freezing, terrible sound/mic quality as have been reported by the folks I talk to, frequent dropped calls on Verizon's network, occasional complete loss of service even while showing I have good signal strength, and I even have Bluetooth dropping out. At this point, I believe the phone to be one of the worst quality builds I've ever had the displeasure of working with and will be my last Google phone.

The bluetooth was very intermittent and phone speaker would vibrate inside the phone at high volume. Not what I would call quality. I had to take it back. Sad to, I wanted a clean Android phone.

Phone freezes up. The fingerprint sensor hardly works and the WiFi connection to it is always messing up. One good this is the camera is bomb.
