Customers are saying

Customers regard the Pixel 3 XL 64GB highly for its camera quality, ease of use, and smooth software performance. Many appreciate the screen size and battery life, while some find the lack of a headphone jack and the notch design undesirable. Positive feedback also centers around the phone's storage capacity and wireless charging capabilities. However, concerns were raised regarding the amount of RAM.

This is a pretty good all around phone but after about six months with the phone I have started to notice some screen "burn in".

First off we noticed the sound on the original pixel xl is better. This phone has the Tin can effect. The camera stopped working in less a week. I rebooted, cleared app cache and everything that was suggested...Very disappointed.... guess what now I get to waste my life returning a broken phone. Time I'll never get back

Extremely disappointed with Google and the Pixel 3XL I purchased. My concern is that google isn't addressing the problem. I purchased a google pixel 3xl February 20th, 2019. Have used it for a month and really enjoyed it. Today, I go to use my phone (which was working perfectly fine this morning suddenly has become inoperable. The screen gives an error "can't find an operating system". Now, this seems to be an significant issue according to support forums I read this morning that has effected multiple pixels. Yet, google doesn't have an answer to why and it's remaining quite on the subject. For a flagship phone to have such a fatal error is ridiculous. What's even more ridiculous is that they can''t even guarantee me that I will get a new phone. I may get a refurbished one and It will take 5-15 business days.

Basically the phone is designed to run all of the Google products. So the phone does not work properly as a smartphone unless you have all of the Google little products that's another five $600 for you to buy afterwards Aya yeah I hate it I have not bought an iPhone ever purposely because of their proprietary issues and now I have a two year contract but this piece of crap lesson in Idiocracy. of course I was on day 16 of a 14 day return policy when I found out just how crappy it is. in fact Google knows how crappy it is because on day 16 and it already been discounted an additional $150 off the $300 discount I got. Yesterday it made me lose a business opportunity because if you squeeze the power button and the upper volume button with your right together at the same time it turns the ringer off and I didn't know it.

Overall a decent phone, but I can't give it 4 or 5 stars because I'm on my 2nd one and I keep having issues with it locking up and dropping wifi/LTE. Happens regardless if it's in a safe mode or not. It's extremely annoying. If it ever gets fixed, I'll update my rating.

Phone has more glitches then any I've ever owned. Would not take another Google phone even if free. Google's idea of a warranty is mail the phone back and in 7-10 days they will let you know if warrantied. Of course you have no phone for 2 weeks. No one will even speak to you at Google. Honestly they should stick to search engines. Poor phone. Poorer customer service. Should have read reviews of Google warranty. Do not but a Pixel ever
