This was the 4th Pixel phone that we have owned, and it was the most disappointing. The camera is not great, especially with the last iterations being so good. This should be a must for any Pixel phone. The battery life is bad, and the wireless charging is spotty.

I have thorougly enjoyed my pixel so I decided it was time to upgrade to a newer phone I went with the Pixel 4 XL . This phone is amazing! The photo and video quality is unlike anything i've owned before. I won't go back to Apple after experiencing the Pixel.

I think that the product is solid but, I want to mention the quality of customer service sold me. We always shop at the Almaden Expressway Best Buy, only because of the great customer service. We are impressed each time by the knowledgeable and courteous staff. The products we have purchased, especially the newest Pixel phone, have always been great.

Don't Purchase

I like the size of phone and the camera. The phone is now discontinued. Just a couple weeks ago the phone totally quit working. They had to install a new motherboard, camera and battery.

Hey Google not working ...

Very, very frustrated right now - after spending literally 3 + hours trying to fix this and using Google Support chat ,.. I was advised to exchange the phone. My exchange period ends in 3 days and it seems they're unable to get the phone to the store in time so now I'm waiting to hear back in hopes of finding a resolution!
