I was happy with my original Pixel and just decided it was time to move up to the newest. Still getting used to some subtle changes, but I'm very happy with the speed and ease of use.

I love the phone, the only thing missing is the finger print to unlock. It does do facial recognition to unlock but I prefer the fingerprint for other banking and credit card apps

So I made the jump to Pixel finally and I must admit, I’m not disappointed! Bout the only thing I miss from my Samsung is the swipe screenshot. Got the white since it’s covered by my phone case anyways.

Love the Pixel 4 XL. It took some time to get used to gestures having switched from Samsung. Will never go back. There are lots of videos showing all the great tips that make the phone so fun to use.

So far I love this phone, the only complaint I have is the phone does not have finger print option so most of apps do not support the facial recognition. Once they update the apps it will be perfect!

Sure this doesnt have all the flash of a galaxy or what not, and that's why people buy the pixel. Just a clean fast Android experience. No gimmicks, great camera, and amazing Google hardware.

It's the perfect Android phone. Battery lasts all day. I went from 100% to 69% with 2 hours of screen on time, so by that math you're hitting 0% with total of 6 hours of screen on time of basic browsing, which for me is more than enough.

Has been a pain in the butterlog dealing with the Android 10 upgrade. Pixle 4 has issued running some apps but I believe that's due to the developers not keeping up. I've had to contact a few before and that was for the 9 upgrade

I love this phone, the Pixel line does not disappoint! My one complaint is with the facial recognition software and no finger scanner. Several of my apps I was able to open using the finger scanner are not compatible with facial recognition.

This phone is good on so many levels but has too many little things that keep it from being great. Great camera and screen. Too many bugs in the operating system to give it 5 starts.

Completed all my upgrade info through their site and got a text about 40 minutes later. Drove up , showed my ID. They got my phone and I was done. Sim was already installed. Turned on the phone and it was ready to go.

It works as it should. I am not sure why the reviews have been hard on it. I like the facial recognition better than apple and it has a great carmera experience with storage.

Love this phone. My only complaint is trying to text pictures from my house when my wifi calling is set to on. There's some glitch Google needs to fix, and my text either doesn't go through, or goes through multiple times.

It's has more glitches and at times slower than my outgoing Pixel 2 XL. The lack of a fingerprint sensor is annoying because many apps use it to bypass entering a password. The face unlock works as frequently as the fingerprint sensor, but it's slower usually by reaching for my phone I had it unlocked, now I find myself staring into the phone and waiting. It does have a great camera, not much else tho.

I've done several Verizon Wireless upgrades at Best Buy. Each time I've gotten a better deal than at the VZW store. This time was no different. My only complaint is that I didn't receive any rewards points.

This phones great u heard a lot of ify things about pixels but it's the closest to an iPhone experience I've ever gotten on an Android! I honestly haven't had any problems and I got it at such a great deal!

I got this phone for my son as an upgrade from his Pixel 3 XL. He loves it. It's nice that you get Androin in it's purest form, and you always get the updates as soon as Google pushes them out.

Just got this phone and so far am very happy with it. Came from years of Samsung phones and was looking for a change, this is doing a fine job so far.

Awesome service at Best buy. I might be just an average user but really sick of all the negative reviews on the pixel. Works great for me

This phone relief from the typical Samsung iPhone users. It bare bones with all Android. I just can't justify the price for the product.
