Unfortunately, Google seems to have carried forward some pretty crucial tech from the Pixel 2 and 3. The face unlock is extremely unreliable and based on earlier technology. It became so bad that I returned the phone to Google for repair, but they found nothing wrong. Neat phone, but really not worth the money.

I ordered it online, went to Best Buy in Milford, MA., had it set up and ready to go home in under an hour. The associate, who's name escapes me right now but I am sure you have a record of who it was, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I used to go directly to the phone carrier to purchase and it was always no less than 2 hours and always extremely frustrating. Best Buy was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!!!

Really digging the 4 and all the new little features. Went with oh so orange color, more salmon than orange.lol and wish storage was a little larger but all in all a good phone. Purchasing through Best Buy was the easiest thing ever even with Verizon contract.
