    I am not happy being locked in to google products. I like being able to transfer photos to hard drive in one clean sweep. I like using Shutterfly and I feel Google only wants their products used because they don't make it easy to download photos. I also had to send my google phone in after less than a year and a half. I am glad I bought the insurance product.

    So far love it. I did have one issue where I was not getting texts from iphone or Android users for a period of a half day. I have not sorted that out yet. A power cycle cleared it up but did not send me the texts that were missing. This was noted from 4-5 senders but they were getting my texts. Otherwise, very happy. Have a great Spigen Rugged Armor case on it.
