Love these headphones. They are comfortable and easy to use! Biggest down fall is battery life has gone down after a few charges.

Really great sounding for the price. Not sure why Google is selling these for only $100 when they easily compete with wireless buds in the $150 range.

As an owner of the pixel buds A series, I was wondering if I even needed the pro version. Well, I'm glad I purchased these beauties. They sound really good, fit comfortably, and have excellent battery life. Noise cancelling is also surprisingly good. They are on par with Samsung's pro2 buds, which are also excellent.

Hi Meli, thanks for posting your feedback. We’re sorry to learn that Google Pixel Buds A-Series didn’t meet your expectations.

      Here’s what you can try:
      - Checking the placement of your phone, particularly in outdoor scenarios, may affect Bluetooth connection. You can improve the Bluetooth connection by changing the placement of the phone where the phone is held.
      - Try reconnecting your A-Series to your source device (phone/laptop/tablet) by turning your Bluetooth off, then turn it back on and reconnect your A-Series.
      - Check for possible sources of interference like microwave ovens, wireless speakers, baby monitors, Wi-Fi routers, and other wireless devices.
      - Finally, you may also reset your Pixel Buds. Here's how: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9991816

If the issue still persists, we may need to take a closer look at your device. Please feel free to contact our support team and improve your experience here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

Awesome earbuds that pair well with my pixel. Comfortable and easy to use. Many other brands are around the same price but these are far beyond in quality.

Hi there, Riree. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us on the Pixel Buds A-Series. It's great to hear that you're enjoying the comfortable fit and stable connection with your device.

Your A-Series are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend trying the different eartip sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached. Here's a visual guide on how to properly wear your A-Series: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7573099
