The only bad things to say are that 1. if you don't place them in your ear correctly they fall out easily and 2. there isn't any noise cancellation so the sound quality can seem sub-par if there is a lot of noise around. Other than that, I love that it will pause your media when you take either ear bud out and that they are water resistant. You can also use Google assistant and Find My Device with them.

Huge downgrade

I really wanted to like these earbuds because they are really comfortable in the ear and have wings to keep them in place while working out; but i cant get over how bad they sound. Music sounds so muddy and unbalanced. Even messing around with EQ settings does nothing. SoundGuys has these rated terrible for sound quality as well. And no way to control music volume by touch? These are getting returned.

Besides the sounds being good i have nothing else good to say about them.

Works well...while they work

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchases the set in ~July 2021 and have used moderately through the last 18 months and the right earbud has recently (gradually?) lost most of it's volume. After a thorough cleaning and all of Google's troubleshooting steps with a live agent it was determined the unit was faulty. Being out of warranty, Google confirmed they do NOT repair earbuds and they could provide me a $20 credit to replace the unit. I would warn potential buyers that the earbuds do work well...while they work. I do not consider 18 months to be an acceptable product lifecycle before tossing in the dump and am dissatisfied with the overall purchase / recompense. I understand my experience is not necessarily the average user experience but anecdotally I would not purchase again.
