Ok for music, terrible on calls & touch controls
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not overly bulky and comfortable for the short time I wore them. Easy to pair to my phone (Note 20 Ultra) and the app worked just fine, but touch controls on these is a fail. (VERY hit or miss at best). These sounded alright when playing various genres of music but TERRIBLE on calls (SEVERAL calls to users on both iPhone and Android and various cell providers AT&T, Verizon, Sprint etc.). I could hear the person I was talking to pretty clearly indoors (did not use them outside) but they said I sounded like I was either in a wind tunnel or talking through a cup far away. No amount of adjusting on my end changed/fixed that. If all I needed them for was music they might have been fine. They would not be my go-to pair of TWEs. Unfortunately, I had to return these to the store and opted for a set of Skull Candy Indy Evo. THOSE are awesome all around.

Good enough for most people
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'd probably give it a 3 and 1/2 stars I got it for around $100 I might rate it a little higher if you could catch it for cheaper than that. When I first got them I thought they were really flat sounding and fairly uncomfortable to keep them in my ears. I changed up the ear tips that came with it and it made a huge difference they do get loud enough and they sound decent in my opinion, but if you want really good sounding earphones or really comfortable ones it might be worth holding off and saving for an alternative. I find by the time that the battery dies on them and gives me a break to take them out and the amount that I use them it's a good justifiable purchase but I do wish I had some dual driver in in ear headphones or at least something with more features like noise cancellation but then you're definitely spending more money. CONS FOR ME sound quality, comfort, battery life. PROS Good all around earbud especially if you don't have them in all the time but then you'd probably want wired ones anyway

Posted .Hi Chris, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that Google Pixel Buds A-Series didn’t meet your expectations.
The A-Series don't have the Active Noise Cancellation feature but to counteract background noises, we created “Adaptive Sound,” a feature that automatically raises and lowers the volume with software smart in response to the noise level of the environment a user is in. Check out the following link for more information about Adaptive Sound here:

We understand that everyone will have their own sound preference. That's why you can get more bass with Bass Boost if you really want that boost to your audio. This feature can be activated with a device running Android 6.0 or newer. To enable Bass Boost:
- On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to your phone’s Settings > and then Connected devices > and then Pixel Buds' settings.
- On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app.
- Tap Sound.
- Tap the toggle button to enable Bass boost.
We value your feedback, and we’ll make sure to pass along the details of it to the right team as we’re always working to understand our customer’s needs. Posted .Hi Bogart, thanks for sharing your feedback about Google Pixel Buds A-Series. We’re sorry to hear that the buds didn’t fit well in your ears.
Your A-Series also comes with a stabilizer arc that works to ensure a gentle, but secure fit. We suggest gently inserting your earbud with the wingtip or stabilizer arc, and tucking it into each ear to provide a better fit. Slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud. They make life easy. Well worth it.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Order my dad a second pair. He usually is averse to new tech, but he fell in love with the second first pair . When he lost it, he asked for a new pair. Didn’t seem interested in the noise-cancelling tech of the pros or anything. He requested these.

Pros & Cons
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality it good. The Bluetooth range is great. They literally fall out of my ears. Never had earbuds fit like this. They do not stay in. Can use them if I'm sitting stationary but not for going on a walk or jog.

Posted .Hi there, MThomp. We appreciate that you like the sound quality and Bluetooth range of the Pixel Buds A-Series. We’re sorry to hear of your issue with fit. We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tips for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium ear tips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. To swap ear tips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the ear tip to ensure that it's properly attached.

Ok sound, great features.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Modern features with OK sound. Pixel Buds app has plenty of useful features to locate your buds, change sound settings and battery status. Problem is I don't think they sound very good. Volume doesn't get too high and even if they did I find music sounds better using my older pair of Anker Soundcores.

Pixel Bud A
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I probably have a weird ear shape. I have yet to find a earbud that I like - not the sound quality bu the "fit" to my ear. The Pixel bud actually sounds very good if it stays in the optimal position with respect to my ears. To be fair, the sound quality is on par of other buds at similar price range.
