Huge downgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these to replace my 3 year old set of Samsung Galaxy buds+ and these are a massive downgrade in sound quality. I really wanted to like these earbuds because they are really comfortable in the ear and have wings to keep them in place while working out; but i cant get over how bad they sound. Music sounds so muddy and unbalanced. Even messing around with EQ settings does nothing. SoundGuys has these rated terrible for sound quality as well. And no way to control music volume by touch? These are getting returned.

If you can, splurge for the updated version
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy how quickly it connects to my Bluetooth on my galaxy phone. The audio is great, too, can't complain. It beats the issues I had with Apple earbuds, where the volume would drop out of nowhere. The major issue is the background noise when I'm on a call, it drowns our my voice, ans friends get annoyed.

Posted .Hi there, AndreinaA. Thanks for sharing a review on the Pixel Buds A-Series. We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the fast Bluetooth connection with your phone and that you're liking the audio quality as well. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing a background noise when making phone calls.
Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend trying the different eartip sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.
If you still experience the same background noise, please consider reaching out to our Pixel Buds support team here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds

I would buy them for my children
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Earbuds are very dated and this is actually the second pair in a month because the right earbud touch option stopped working. Besides the sounds being good i have nothing else good to say about them.

Small Ear approved
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these for my girlfriend after several other attempts at finding ones she likes. No ANC so be prepared for that if coming from a set that does have it. HOWEVER they stay in her ears perfectly compared to the skull candy's and samsung buds. So if you have small ears and have issues finding good fitting ear buds give these a go!

Good but slightly uncomfortable for small ears
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted some earbuds that I thought would be nice and I thought I would give these a try. To be honest I really do like them. The only problem I think is my ears are small and they are somewhat uncomfortable. I would say if I had bigger ears I feel like it wouldn't be an issue. They do stay in place and they don't fall out and the sound seems pretty good.

Posted .Hi Lilly, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Your Pixel Buds A-Series come with 3 ear tip sizes, and we recommend trying them all out to find the most comfortable tip for you. This will ensure that you get the best ear tip seal. Also, your A-Series come with a stabilizer arc that ensures a gentle, but secure fit. Try gently inserting your earbud with the wingtip or stabilizer arc and tucking it into each ear to provide a better fit. Slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud.
