I've purchased bluetooth headphones before and was very disappointed with them, not anymore! Google Pixel earbuds are a revelation to me of the joys of quality wireless headphones. Great rich sound and easy to use!

They have good sound, although I must be honest I expected more from these headphones. It's one thing that they don't have noise cancellation and quite another that they never hear me when I use them on calls. Although they have better sound quality than CAT, At least with the $60 CATs they can hear me on a call

Hi there, EdwindanielR. While we’re glad that you're enjoying the sound quality of the Pixel Buds A-Series, we hear your concerns with phone calls. Here’s a suggestion to get those calls coming in clearer:

      Resetting your earbuds:
      1. Forget Google Pixel Buds in device’s Bluetooth settings.
      2. Plug the charging case into a power source using a USB-C cable.
      3. Make sure Pixel Buds are seated in the case, then leave the case open.
      4. Press and hold pairing button on back of case for 30 seconds.
      5. Release pairing button when earbuds status light stops bouncing.
      6. Check earbuds status lights.

Truely a great pair of earbuds. After a bunch of testing, these work really well, it sounds like you have the phone to your ear and talking, even better. The quality is crisper and the technology involved cuts noise out and picks up on your voice. Even in a noisy public area, I can talk just normal and I'm heard real clean. I use these every day and they work every day, perfectly!

My old pixel buds were having connection issues so I decided to swap them out since I got a protection plan. I really miss being able to control the volumes with just a swipe. The case feels kind of cheap and so did the box it came with. I enjoy everything else about them tho, I just wish I was able to get another pair of the originals.

Hi Sharky, thanks for sharing the details of your feedback about the Pixel Buds A-Series. We’re sorry to learn what happened with your original pair, and that you’ve had to swap them with the A-Series since you can’t get another pair of the original Pixel Buds. We also understand the convenience of having the volume control with just a swipe, however, we made a few focused tradeoffs to bring the same sound quality, design language, and Google helpfulness of Pixel Buds to this more affordable price. One of those was the focus on tap controls for Pixel Buds A-Series. That said, you can still use Google Assistant to turn the volume up and down or turn on Adaptive Sound to adjust the volume based on your surroundings.

In case you're using your Pixel Buds in a noisy environment, you may want to check out Adaptive Sound feature which subtly and automatically optimizes volume based on the noise level of your environment. To enable Adaptive Sound, simply follow these steps:
      - On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to Settings > and then Connected devices > and then Pixel Bud's settings.
      - Other Androids: Open your Google Pixel Buds app.
      - Tap Sound and then Adaptive Sound.
      - Toggle Adaptive Sound.

The earbuds sound really good, but I have been experiencing connection issues with the Bluetooth connection on PC. Which is unfortunate, but to be expected as it is not an android device.

Hello there, Sheep. Thanks for your feedback on the Pixel Buds A-Series We're glad you enjoy their sound quality. Weŕe sorry to hear about the Bluetooth connection issues you've experienced on your PC. While Pixel Buds are optimized for Android devices, we strive for a seamless experience across different operating systems.

Here are a few things you can try in the meantime to potentially improve your connection:

      - Check for updates. Make sure your Pixel Buds have the latest firmware and your PC has the latest Bluetooth drivers installed.
      - Restart your devices. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connection issues.
      - Forget and re-pair your Pixel Buds. This can sometimes clear up any connection issues.
      - Check for interference. Move your PC and Pixel Buds away from other Bluetooth devices or sources of interference.

If you've tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for more help, here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

I use one ear bud at a time so I can answer my phone, etc and the sound is great. My only complaint is that the charger doesn't last but a few hours and then I need to change buds. I've also noticed that the charging case needs to be charged more often.

Hi there, Mamajo! Thanks for trying out the Pixel Buds A-Series. We're glad to hear that you're liking the great sound quality. However, we do apologize if the battery life of both the earbuds and charging case didn't quite meet your expectations. Your Pixel Buds A-Series has up to 5 hours of playback or up to 2.5 hours of talk time. With the case, you’ll get 24 hours of playback or up to 12 hours of talk time. A 15-minute charge will deliver up to 3 hours of playback or up to 1.5 hours of talk time. We recommend checking in detail how you normally use your A-Series. If the battery life is much shorter than the prescribed duration, we recommend contacting our support team for further help with your concern. Love these although they have a bit of a break in period for your ears. Expect a little pain on your ear for a few weeks but after that it's smooth sailing. They fit snuggly while resting against your ear so this may not be the case for everyone but I did experience a little pain from where it presses against your ear. Connectivity issues fixed from the previous modem.

Great price, comfortable, good sound. Works well with my Android phone to call up the Google Assistant with just a tap. Note that these are NOT noise-canceling... you can still hear ambient noises, which is what I wanted. My only disappointment is that the case does not have Qi wireless charging.
