Constantly Falling Out!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones have good sound and the active noise cancellation is great. But due to these headphones constantly falling out of my ears (specifically out of my left ear) and the frustration this has caused me I had to return these headphones.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback on your Pixel Buds Pro 2, JustinK. While we're happy you enjoyed the improved sound quality and noise cancellation, we understand the frustration when they don't stay in. We do include a few different sizes of eartips to get that perfect fit for your ears. Even though you returned the product, we'd appreciate some more feedback. Great option for Android users!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 earbuds have caught my full attention. The first time I opened the box to these earbuds, I was impressed by their size and sleek design. The smooth matte exterior case finish feels extremely premium, I found myself constantly playing with the case. They come with four different ear tips which were useful to me because I struggle to find earbuds that fit into my larger ears. The “twist-to-adjust” stabilizer was also a unique feature, helping achieve a comfortable fit that was firm but not overbearing. If you’ve ever had a battle with sweaty or loose-fitting earbuds that constantly were falling out, you’ll appreciate how well these buds stay planted. Connecting the Buds was a breeze, my Android device popped right up with an interactive prompt pairing quickly. It automatically showed me which app to download and install to get all the features and access to device settings. I like how seamlessly the buds pair and how effortlessly they transfer between Google devices. If you’re already heavily invested in the Google ecosystem, these buds are a fantastic add. One thing to note, as far as I’m aware, these buds are only fully functional with Android devices. While you can connect them to other devices (iPhone, laptop, etc), you will only get sound, you won’t be able to customize actions, integrate with your device as well, or update the firmware. Additionally, the Find My Device integration is very useful. It helped me to locate a lost case quickly. Quite the convenience you don’t typically notice until you need it! Battery life is adequate, I was typically seeing 4-5 hours in my use before needing to top up from the case again. Google states they can reach approximately 8 hours without the case but that’s with extra features turned off. Listening to music at a moderate volume with noise cancellation on depletes them faster, listening to a podcast at a lower volume in an already quiet environment, the buds last longer. I’m quite happy with the battery life. The buds boast a very impressive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature, removing twice the unwanted noise of the 1st generation. From a busy coffee shop, the gym, or an airplane, the Active Noise Cancellation performed remarkably well, keeping me isolated in my own quiet bubble. Powered by Google’s Tensor A1 chip, the ANC feature and overall sound quality are quite pleasing, the lows, mids, and highs are well balanced and make for crystal clear audio. Conversation Detection was another interesting, very useful, and yet sometimes hilarious feature I’ve come across. If someone walked up to me and started speaking, or if I started a conversation, the ear buds were quick to automatically pause my music and switch to transparency mode to hear what was going on around me. However, I’ve also discovered that I apparently talk to myself out loud, thus accidentally triggering the feature and pausing my music. While it doesn’t work perfectly in all environments (lots of people talking in a coffee shop, loud news talk show, or other random audio can trigger the feature unexpectedly), when you’re in the right environment (best use case I found was a quiet office setting), that feature works fantastic. I loved not having to physically remove the earbuds every time someone walked up to me to ask me a quick question. Overall, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 are a fantastic choice, especially for Pixel users. From the comfortable fit to fantastic sound quality and noise cancellation, Google has put a lot of thought into making these earbuds stand out. Whether you need them for exercise, commuting, or just enjoy ear buds that integrate seamlessly, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 deliver in every aspect.

Posted .Hey there, Kobee. Sorry to see the Pixel Buds Pro 2 may not have been the best fit for you. There’s an equalizer in the app to help dial in your perfect sound — here’s how:
Open the Google Pixel Buds app:
1. Tap Sound and then Equalizer (EQ) settings.
2. Move the sliders to adjust each frequency or pick a preset from the list.

Not good at anything
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds quality was not good Fit was terrible, it's like the buds are tryna jump outta your ears. Conversation awareness is terrible. At first I thought it was a genius feature that was poorly implemented. Then I tried the second edition of the Airpod Pro 2s they were trying to emulate, and I was like woah this is how conversation awareness could work they did a terrible job at this.

First time I've been disappointed by Google
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly with every fiber of my being regret buying these headphones and if I could return them for my full amount of money back I would in an absolute heartbeat. They cannot handle bass and God forbid there's a little bit of wind. You won't be able to hear anything over it. Also hearing anyone on the phone is like listening to a small child that is insecure whisper what they would like to eat. Highly do not recommend unfortunately I also hated the Samsung ones. However, they were actually better quality than these, which is highly disappointing because I have a Google pixel. If you really want Google buds, get the other ones not these. These are trash. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk

Great but still touch controls...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a previous owner of the original Pixel Buds, I decided to try the Pixel Buds Pro 2, hoping they’d fix some of the issues I had with the earlier model. While there are definitely improvements, a few key problems remain. One of the big features Google is promoting is the addition of their new Gemini sound technology, which promises a richer, more immersive audio experience. I have to say, the sound quality is a noticeable step up. The bass is more powerful without overwhelming the mids and highs, making for a well-balanced listening experience. Paired with improved Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), these earbuds do a great job blocking out background noise, whether you’re on a noisy commute or just trying to focus. Another feature I found useful is the transparency mode, which lets you hear what's going on around you while still listening to audio. This is especially helpful in situations where you need to stay aware of your surroundings or engage in quick conversations without taking out the buds. For me, it even helps with hearing people more clearly, almost like a subtle hearing aid, which is a great addition. You can also use Live Translate with these, allowing you to translate conversations in real-time. While I haven’t had much opportunity to use this feature extensively, in the few tests I tried, it seemed to work fairly well. It’s not a feature I’ll use every day, but for travelers or those needing quick language support, it could be a real asset. One feature I appreciated is the seal check, which helps ensure you’re getting the best possible fit. The earbuds test the seal in your ears and guide you to adjust them if needed, which improves both sound quality and noise cancellation. This helps a lot with comfort, too, since a good fit makes a big difference when wearing them for long periods. However, my biggest frustration with the original Pixel Buds—touch controls—remains. The controls are still overly sensitive, and it’s easy to accidentally pause or skip tracks when adjusting the buds or even when brushing against them. I was really hoping for physical buttons or a less finicky touch system, but unfortunately, this hasn’t changed. Another feature that sounds great on paper is the conversation detection. This is supposed to automatically pause your music when it detects you’re talking. In reality, it doesn’t always work as expected. Sometimes it pauses the audio when I’m not speaking or doesn’t kick in fast enough when I do start talking. It’s a bit inconsistent and could use some fine-tuning. On a positive note, the battery life is excellent. You get up to 11 hours of listening time on a single charge, and the charging case brings the total to 31 hours. The case itself is compact and supports wireless charging, which is a convenient feature. In summary, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 bring significant upgrades like improved sound, noise cancellation, and smart features some may find useful. However, the touch controls remain a major annoyance for me personally, and conversation detection isn’t as reliable as it should be. If you’re heavily invested in Google’s ecosystem and can overlook these drawbacks, these earbuds are a solid choice.

Posted .Thanks for sharing with us, Pyl0n. While we’re glad you’re enjoying the upgraded sound on the Pixel Buds Pro 2, we also hear you wanting a more snug fit. Here are some tips to help:
1. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit: ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear.
2. Use the Eartip Seal Check: It can help you check the quality of your eartip seal and get the best possible sound. On Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app then tap Eartip Seal Check.
3. Try memory foam eartips: If you’re not getting a perfect fit with our silicone eartips, memory foam eartips might be worth a try.

Terrible for active users – Do not buy.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Avoid these. Poor design and constant glitches. Stay away from this product. These earbuds are incredibly uncomfortable and poorly designed for anyone with an active lifestyle. Google should stick to software because their hardware is a massive disappointment. If your job involves any movement, look elsewhere. Even slight head movements trigger accidental functions, making them impossible to use. A total waste of money.

Posted .Hi there, BahadurK. While we’re glad you’re enjoying the Pixel Buds Pro 2, we hear your concerns regarding mic quality. If you are in a noisy environment, Transparency mode may interfere with your mic output quality since it uses one of the microphones to let you hear your surroundings. Try changing ANC modes to improve your call quality.
