Customers are saying
Customers highly value the Pixel Buds Pro 2 for their impressive sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. The active noise cancellation and transparency mode are also appreciated features. While the touch controls, volume, and price receive some criticism, the conversation detection feature does not always perform as expected. Overall, the positive aspects of the Pixel Buds Pro 2 appear to outweigh the negative ones for most users.

Best buds you can buy right now
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They got these headphones right. They sound amazing and stay in your ear, not to mention they are extremely small, so there is no weight in your ear .

I made the unnecessary switch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because i want to wear earbuds at work under my headband and as a nurse of course i have to hide it, so i replaced my airpods pro 2 with these. They're alright, I was hoping the noise cancellation was better than the airpods pro 2 during phone calls but the person i speak with for hours still have trouble hearing me sometimes. they kind of protrude from the ear, and when you try to adjust them it has a sqeaky noise. The pink color is cute, but overall, I feel like the switch from the airpods pro 2 to this was kinda useless, besides the part where it can't be seen when i wear it at work. I don't think it was worth the switch to be honest.

Posted .Hi Denisse,
We’re really sorry for the trouble! We understand how important your new Pixel Buds Pro 2 are for your long workdays. To ensure they’re comfortable and secure, please check that you’re using the correct eartip size. Finding the best fit for each ear will help them fit comfortably, and a tight seal will enhance noise cancellation.

Must Have for Pixel Users
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly better than AirPods when used with a pixel phone. Great sound quality no matter which phone you use, but the level of integration is next level with any android phones. Audio is crisp and clear.

5 stars, great buds
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for daily use. Do note that the case has a matte texture that will stain from denim or similar fabrics. This may be the only premium buds out that don't rely on fitting in to your ear canal to stay on without relying on a loop or latch.

Great Buds for my Pixel 9 Pro
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great earbuds - especially when paired with my Google Pixel 9 Pro. Setup was done with no interaction on my part other than clicking a few "okay" buttons. I love Transparent mode that lets me hear things around me, but still provides noise reduction. The sound is great too.

Good
|Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Google Pixel Buds 2 were a bit of a mixed bag when they launched in 2020. They had a unique design, decent sound, and seamless integration with Google Assistant, but also suffered from connectivity issues and somewhat finicky controls. Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons: Pros: * Comfortable fit: The design was innovative and aimed for a secure yet comfortable fit with a vent to prevent that "plugged ear" feeling. * Good sound quality: Audio was generally well-balanced, though not the absolute best in their price range. * Seamless Google Assistant integration: As expected, they worked flawlessly with Google Assistant for voice commands and real-time translation. * Wireless charging: The case supported wireless charging, a convenient feature. * Improved connectivity (eventually): Early models had connectivity issues, but Google largely resolved these through firmware updates. Cons: * Connectivity issues (early on): This was a major problem at launch, causing frustration for many users. * Mediocre battery life: Battery life was average at best, especially compared to competitors. * No active noise cancellation: A feature becoming increasingly common in this price range, ANC was missing from the Pixel Buds 2. * Finicky touch controls: The touch controls could be a bit sensitive, leading to accidental touches. * Price: They were relatively expensive compared to other true wireless earbuds with similar features. Overall: The Pixel Buds 2 were a decent option for Android users, especially those heavily invested in the Google ecosystem. However, the initial connectivity issues, lack of ANC, and average battery life made them a less compelling choice compared to some competitors. If you're considering buying them now, it's worth looking at the newer Pixel Buds Pro, which address many of these shortcomings with improved sound, active noise cancellation, and better battery life. Or, if you're on a budget, you might find good deals on the Pixel Buds 2, making them a more attractive option.

I love these!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these! They are the perfect companion to my Pixel 9 and Pixel tablet. I didn't want to spend this much on ear buds but after using them for a few weeks, they are worth every penny. The ANC and adaptive transparency mode work amazingly well.

Better than the first gen
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Way better than the first Pixel Buds Pro. The little wing makes ALL the difference in keeping them in your ear. Sound is decent. ANC isn't as good as Sony but acceptable. Works well with the Pixel ecosystem.

Flagship?
|Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So after the initial razzle dazzle has worn off, what do i think of the Pixel Pro 2 earbuds? Eh. Not very enthusiastic for four stars. The Pro 2 doesn't do anything better than the competition, in fact, it has worse audio quality over the Sennheiser and Sony IEH flagships, worse ANC than the Sony, worse call clarity than the Apple airpods pro... So why buy the Google flagship? And why did i keep mine? Because it doesnt have any major weakness. While my time with them hasn't set me completely in fiery love with the product, there isn't any one thing these don't do pretty darn well. There are better sounding headphones, better microphone clarity around loud ambient noise, more comfortable, better ANC, better in app equalizers, but all of those come with bigger drawbacks. Google has an incredibly well rounded earbud with the Pro 2 that has apple level device integration. If you have an android, and your looking for only one set of flagship earbuds to do pretty much everything, and integrate seamlessly with your android device, it's hard to do better than these. They have no major strengths (Outside the incredible device integration), and no major weaknesses. If you use Google Assistant or Gemini, these are THE option. It will be very exciting to see how Google continues to refine their product, and i look forward to the Pro 3s really bringing the heat to Apple.
