The earbuds are excellent. The sound quality is excellent and they fit in the ear perfectly. They have good noise cancellation capability also. Well made.

They got these headphones right. They sound amazing and stay in your ear, not to mention they are extremely small, so there is no weight in your ear .

Pros; Decent sound quality. They fit nice and comfortable in ear. The auto switch between devices is a cool feature. The shape and size of the case is sleek. Fingerprints don't show from handling it, and smudges wipe off very easy. Cons; The noise cancellation is not the best compared to others in this price range. The sound will distort at times of high volume or bass. The case has wiggle in the latch when closed. The max volume is good on some apps and not so good on others. It's expensive for what you get. Conclusion; I do enjoy these ear buds and didn't return them, but I feel for the price the noise cancellation, sound distortion, and the little wiggle in the latch when closed make purchasing these ear buds questionable.

Hi there, BrianG. While we’re glad you’re the sound quality and fit of Pixel Buds Pro 2, we hear your concerns regarding noise cancellation and sound distortion. Here’s some tips to resolve those problems:

Choose the right eartips: Pixel Buds Pro 2 come with medium-sized eartips attached. If the fit doesn't feel right, try the other eartip sizes in the box. The box contains eartips in extra-small, small and large sizes.

Eartip seal check: Eartip seal check can help you check the quality of your eartip seal and get the best possible sound.

Best earbuds I've ever bought! I have been weary of big brand earbuds, often opting for the cheaper Skullcandy or JBL brand, but these are well worth the money and not even really that expensive comparitively. I love the conversation detection functionality and many more features. Easiest Bluetooth sync ever. Solid buy definitely recommend!

    I made the unnecessary switch

I bought this because i want to wear earbuds at work under my headband and as a nurse of course i have to hide it, so i replaced my airpods pro 2 with these. They're alright, I was hoping the noise cancellation was better than the airpods pro 2 during phone calls but the person i speak with for hours still have trouble hearing me sometimes. they kind of protrude from the ear, and when you try to adjust them it has a sqeaky noise. The pink color is cute, but overall, I feel like the switch from the airpods pro 2 to this was kinda useless, besides the part where it can't be seen when i wear it at work. I don't think it was worth the switch to be honest.

      Hi Denisse,
We’re really sorry for the trouble! We understand how important your new Pixel Buds Pro 2 are for your long workdays. To ensure they’re comfortable and secure, please check that you’re using the correct eartip size. Finding the best fit for each ear will help them fit comfortably, and a tight seal will enhance noise cancellation.

Tiny, I could not get a fit with the OG, but these stay put through exercise. Above average ANC and transparency. Sound quality is also very good.

Passive noise gate is upgraded from the previous Pixel Buds Pro (meaning you can hear more of your surroundings without the noise cancellation on). Sound quality is crisp, yet I'm unsure the level at which it differs from the previous gen. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

The Google Pixel Buds 2 were a bit of a mixed bag when they launched in 2020. They had a unique design, decent sound, and seamless integration with Google Assistant, but also suffered from connectivity issues and somewhat finicky controls. Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons: Pros: * Comfortable fit: The design was innovative and aimed for a secure yet comfortable fit with a vent to prevent that "plugged ear" feeling. * Good sound quality: Audio was generally well-balanced, though not the absolute best in their price range. * Seamless Google Assistant integration: As expected, they worked flawlessly with Google Assistant for voice commands and real-time translation. * Wireless charging: The case supported wireless charging, a convenient feature. * Improved connectivity (eventually): Early models had connectivity issues, but Google largely resolved these through firmware updates. Cons: * Connectivity issues (early on): This was a major problem at launch, causing frustration for many users. * Mediocre battery life: Battery life was average at best, especially compared to competitors. * No active noise cancellation: A feature becoming increasingly common in this price range, ANC was missing from the Pixel Buds 2. * Finicky touch controls: The touch controls could be a bit sensitive, leading to accidental touches. * Price: They were relatively expensive compared to other true wireless earbuds with similar features. Overall: The Pixel Buds 2 were a decent option for Android users, especially those heavily invested in the Google ecosystem. However, the initial connectivity issues, lack of ANC, and average battery life made them a less compelling choice compared to some competitors. If you're considering buying them now, it's worth looking at the newer Pixel Buds Pro, which address many of these shortcomings with improved sound, active noise cancellation, and better battery life. Or, if you're on a budget, you might find good deals on the Pixel Buds 2, making them a more attractive option.

They have great sound but aren't great for smaller ears. Whenever I talk or chew they fall right out. I had to buy something that goes around them to wedge them in my ear.

I've owned the original Pixel Buds Pro for years and am very happy with the current gen upgrades. The "screw in" feature keeps the buds in place longer and are much more comfortable. They feel much lighter than that original ones, and are much smaller. The ANC is great, and honestly I sometimes forget I have one in my ear if the ANC is on and I'm not playing anything. Great upgrade, I definitely recommend them.
