Decent arbuds, apart from nonstop Bluetooth issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure what happened to Bluetooth connectivity between these earbuds and the generation before, but Google has to set up a firmware update or something because the Bluetooth connectivity issues are ongoing, extensive, and frequent. I would walk about 2 blocks in a crowded city area and the audio would keep glitching out, stuttering, dropping, etc... I had to return them which is a shame since the last generation of these was pretty good. Apart from Bluetooth the audio quality is good and the battery life is great as well.

Overall setup was quick and the controls are customizable and easy to use. The fitment in my ears just did not work for me, so I returned them.

I was hesitant to buy them but I'm glad I did I will say that in super loud environments they do decently well but these really shine in normal noise environments. 0 sound from the outside if that's what your looking for. Good buy.

Having the noise cancelling really makes a difference. They fit comfortably in my ear and have excellent sound quality. Love the app options too.

Posted .Hey there, user715300. While we're happy you were initially enjoying the Pixel Buds Pro 2, we hear your concerns regarding noise cancellation. A quick reset will normally solve most issues — here’s how:
1. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds.
2. Plug the charging case into a power source using a USB-C cable.
3. Make sure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
4. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
5. When the earbuds status light stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
6. Check the earbuds status lights.
