Great idea poorly executed
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the previous generation which were very good so I thought these would be even better. I like that they are smaller and lighter and the battery life is excellent. My issue is the fin that they added. At least for my ears the fin has nothing to "latch on to" so the buds barely stay in place. The only reason they don't fall out is because they're so light. I'm afraid I'm gonna lose them.

Posted .We understand your concern about the fins not providing a secure fit. Have you tried using different ear tips to see if they provide a better fit? The Pixel Buds Pro 2 come with multiple ear tip sizes. If the ear tips don't solve the issue, you might consider reaching out to our support team for further assistance https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp

Good ear buds with a major flaw
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the buds are pretty good overall earbuds to pair with a Pixel phone. However it seems it does have some type of design flaw with the pressure vent. When it filled/dirty it leaves a plugged up feeling. Used alcohol for a bit but it damaged the paint on grills on top side with the G logo. Which is my fault, but it kinda sucks since I probably voided my warranty.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out about your Pixel Buds Pro 2, MythosO. We’re happy that you’re enjoying your earbuds and wanting to make sure they stay clean. Here’s some tips on making sure they stay pristine:
1. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently clean the earbuds, including the charging contacts.
2. When cleaning the earbuds, remove the eartips and carefully remove any earwax or lint around the eartip and mesh area of the snout. A clean snout and mesh area will ensure that sound quality and volume aren't negatively impacted.
3. If necessary, you can apply water with a damp, lint-free cloth or cotton swab to gently remove built-up material or scuff marks. To avoid damage, avoid getting moisture into any openings.

Not good at anything
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds quality was not good Fit was terrible, it's like the buds are tryna jump outta your ears. Conversation awareness is terrible. At first I thought it was a genius feature that was poorly implemented. Then I tried the second edition of the Airpod Pro 2s they were trying to emulate, and I was like woah this is how conversation awareness could work they did a terrible job at this.

Not as good as original earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, I have a challenge with these new earbuds staying secure in my ear, as well as with the overall fit compared to my original earbuds. The poor fit severely impacts the noise reduction and basically made them unusable for me. I went back to my old Pixel earbuds which fit much better.

Posted .Hi there, caryd. We’re sorry your experience with the Pixel Buds Pro 2 wasn’t the best. Here’s a few things to try and see if you can get the perfect fit:
1. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit: ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear.
2. Use the Eartip Seal Check: It can help you check the quality of your eartip seal and get the best possible sound. On Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app then tap Eartip Seal Check.
3. Try memory foam eartips: If you’re not getting a perfect fit with our silicone eartips, memory foam eartips might be worth a try.

Posted .Hey there, Efra. Sorry to see the Pixel Buds Pro 2 may not have been the best fit for you. There’s an equalizer in the app to help dial in your perfect sound — here’s how:
Open the Google Pixel Buds app:
1. Tap Sound and then Equalizer (EQ) settings Settings.
2. Move the sliders to adjust each frequency or pick a preset from the list.

Terrible for active users – Do not buy.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Avoid these. Poor design and constant glitches. Stay away from this product. These earbuds are incredibly uncomfortable and poorly designed for anyone with an active lifestyle. Google should stick to software because their hardware is a massive disappointment. If your job involves any movement, look elsewhere. Even slight head movements trigger accidental functions, making them impossible to use. A total waste of money.
