The Pixel Buds Pro are just worth the money. I used the Pixel Buds A-Series for over 3 years and the transition to the Pro has not disappointed me at all. Perfect bass sound and noise cancellation is just extraordinary. Mic quality is amazing as well! Thanks for the great discount Best Buy! Just loving it!!!

Great Buds with One Fatal Flaw

I was excited to see the Pixel Buds Pro on sale. I really like the A series and was eager to see how the noise cancellation and transparency mode would improve the headphones. However once getting my pair I noticed a rhythmic clicking sound in the right bud. It sounded as if it was picking up my heartbeat. BUT I got the pair replaced and the issue was resolved. So if this happens to you, know that it could be a defect. Over the course of getting the bud replaced I also bought the Bose Quietcomfort ear buds (the first ones, not the new ones). A difference in price of $0-$50 depending on what sales are going on. After wearing those buds, it was hard to ignore the flaw of the Pixel Buds that made me end up returning them and choosing the Bose headphones instead: I can hear the buds moving around in my ear. They don't fit snugly enough and each head movement makes a soft scratching noise. I didn't have this issue with the Bose ear buds, nor did I have this issue with the Pixel Buds A series. It's too bad they didn't just keep their old design. This issue is amplified when noise cancellation or transparency mode are on, but is also still noticeable when both modes are off. I tried different tip sizes but that didn't solve the issue. I use my ear buds to listen to soft ambient noise and podcasts, so even the subtle noise gets to the point of being annoying. Of course, when listening to louder music the noise is drowned out. That's their one fatal flaw. If you don't think that would be a deal breaker for you, here's some other things about them: The noise cancellation is decent. I work in a noisy area and the Pixel Buds Pro and Bose Quietcomforts seemed to cancel the noise similarly. The one thing I was disappointed by is both headphones couldn't cancel out higher pitched ambient noise. Where I work, there's an ever present source of rushing air and once turning the noise cancellation on, all goes quiet except for that one noise. So it ends up sort of amplified. I don't list this as a flaw because it seems to be a limitation of the technology since both buds had the problem. Transparency mode is great. I can hear everything that's going on around me. Works well for making phone calls too. Pretty comparable to Bose's aware mode, with Bose having an added option to cancel noise in this mode. But honestly that mode doesn't work the way you'd expect so I keep it off. So the base level transparency modes between each bud are pretty much the same to me. I love the user interface. The touch controls give you lots of options and the direct connectivity with Google is very convenient. I have a Pixel 6 phone and they work great with it. If you're one to use your Google assistant often, I'd recommend these. I by far prefer the controls on these ear buds over those on the Bose. I like that they can connect to two devices at once. Perfect for me since I generally work back and forth between a laptop and phone. It's nice because you can change the bud settings without having to disconnect from one source and reconnect to your phone. The Bose buds do not have this feature. The Pixel Buds Pro are decently smaller then the Bose Quietcomforts. The Bose buds look like.... A bit much. Finally, the sound quality from the Pixel Buds Pro is decent. However the Bose Quietcomforts are much better. Now, I can't really say why because I'm no audiophile but the difference is quite noticeable. That possibly could be due to the loose fit of the Pixel Buds.

Very comfortable ear buds that have a very good advanced almost AI-like system in terms of every day use and ear health as well. They are design to fit you comfortably on your ear and using the ear buds app helps you understand if you're getting the most out of the earbuds. The sound is really crisp too, the call qualities are amazing. Noise cancelling and transparency mode are easy to perform. And the use of gestures on the earbuds makes it super convenient. Overall amazing earbuds

The most universal wireless earbuds I own

These are the only wireless earbuds I've owned that have never given me any issues connecting to all my mobile devices, which includes laptop, tablet, and cell phone. Sound quality is really good, but not overwhelmingly better than other wireless earbuds I've tried. What does stand-out is these Google-Pixel Buds Pro easily connect to everything, so I finally found a universal "headset" that works well with all my devices. Because of this, I need to do a better job at not forgetting to charge them, but I have found that they do charge rather quick. Initially I was disappointed a charging cable was not included, yet then again, that's probably a good thing because my husband and I have too many cables between us.

The Pixel Buds are some of the greatest wireless headphones out there right now. Especially if you have a pixel phone. A dedicated button to connect these guys to BT is amazing - Google did it right with that. Other earbuds I've had to fiddle around with, open and close the case a bunch, and tinker with. These you just open the lid, press the button on the case, and boom it'll appear on the BT list on your favorite device. As for the sound: the bass is deep, the acoustics are awesome, and the surround sound is excellent. There may be better earbuds out there but the Pixel Buds Pro are definitely the most convenient and sound amazing for the price.

The Pixel Buds generally receive positive reviews for their comfortable fit, solid audio quality, and effective Google Assistant integration. Users appreciate the seamless integration with Android devices and the real-time translation feature. However, some note concerns about occasional connectivity issues and the relatively high price compared to competitors. It's essential to consider your specific preferences and priorities when choosing earbuds.

I'll be comparing this to the Air Pods pro since I have it also. In terms of sound quality, I prefer the sound of the Pixel buds, it might be due to the design as it traps sound more compared to the Air Pods Pro, which doesn't have a good seal. This has better bass. The bass on the Air Pods Pro only sounds good in quiet places, it leaks too much, and you end up hearing the outside environment. In terms of fit, well it comes with different cups so that will depend on your ear size. The touch feature also works very well, very responsive, sometimes it's too sensitive, but that's a good thing. You don't want to be pressing on your ears multiple times just to skip a song. Overall, it's a good product, not the best. I'm still looking for a product that I can give a 5/5, but it doesn't exist yet.

I've gone through a good amount of ear buds over the years, but with these, that has not been the case. The ANC is really great, and transparency mode works well. If you take care of them and buy a case, they will last for a long time.

Enough improvements on this generation to upgrade from A-series or previous generation pixel buds that were made with metal. Sound quality is good , noise cancelation is good not comparable to over-ear headphones. Phone calls while wearing these are good , in ear feeling while wearing these are good they wont fall out from light to moderate movement especially if choose the right eartips to put on pixel buds pro. Overall i do recommend these pixel buds Pro especially if you catch on sale $140

I've had a few earbuds but the Pixel buds take the take. At their price point it's hard to find others that beat them in Active Noise Cancelation. The seal is great and blocks out unwanted noises. The only downside is the app, it could be simplified and made to be more intuitivive. But I think it's bc Google wants you to use voice commands as it's default interface.

This is my first set of earbuds with transparency and active noise cancelling. I'm welcomely surprised how well it works after coming from cheap 20 dollar earbuds I got from work. The pairing is great and seemless with my pixel phone and pixel watch. I use it for work calls and music constantly. It fits well enough to do light aerobic activities and weight lift, but I wouldn't trust it too much with high intensity workouts or jogging. Still for every day use these are excellent for me.

Sound quality and battery life is great, and it has every feature you can think of. I like that it detects conversion and will change to ambient noise so you can carry a conversion then after a few (quiet) seconds will resume and pickup where you left off. Best noise cancelation out of all my earbuds. The only thing I wish they had are wingtips. These slip out all time. So, 4 stars not 5.
