Your device is pre-attached with medium eartips and comes with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. I used the Pixel Buds A-Series for over 3 years and the transition to the Pro has not disappointed me at all. Perfect bass sound and noise cancellation is just extraordinary.
