Got these on sale. For the price they are fantastic with features I'll probably never use but are cool. Really good quality sound and the noise canceling isn't... too strong. Sometimes NC can put a pressure on you and make it hard to wear it for long periods but this one wasn't too much and I was able to wear for 4 hours. These things are AWESOME with a pixel phone!!! Good with other ones but SO MANY neat features with the pixel phone.

Love the buds pro, just not crazy about the volume. Great fit and does not hurt the ear hole. I feel the max volume is a tad bit low but could just be me.

Hi Roundonefight, we appreciate that you loved your Pixel Buds Pro. We do apologize if the sound volume level didn't quite meet your expectations.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

If the steps we provided do not improve the volume for your Pixel Buds, then the best recommendation would be to contact our Pixel Buds support team here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

Went back and forth on purchasing these but am glad I finally did. Definite advantages of pairing with a Pixel device. Prefer these over the bears fit pro. Noise cancelling is great and easy to switch off by pressing an ear bud. Sound is better than beats as well. Not an audiophile experience but at that price nothing is. I wish there was an option to use the dedicated app as settings are in phone settings on pixel.

Fit in my ear like a glove...if it was an earbud instead. Sound great. Love the noise cancelling feature. I can't hear the Mrs. when she's banging the pots an' pans around in the kitchen and I'm listening to Judas Priest records on my TIDAL account on my Google Pixel 6 Pro. I even dropped one in the toilet bowl and it still works great. (popped it into a bag of Uncle Ben's rice real quick-like...voila!)

These headphones have been solid for the ~1year that I've had them. The noise cancelling is as good as I've experienced in a pair of earbuds. The Google/Pixel integration is phenomenal, as well. I can say, without a doubt, that if I were to lose one of them, I would buy another pair without even considering another brand.

These pixel buds are a great purchase for the price. They sound great. The noise cancelization is amazing. Sometimes I even have to turn it off because I can't hear absolutely anything. My only gripe with these is that the battery doesn't last quite as long as I thought it would. If I use them at work from the beginning of my shift they only last about 3/4 of the way through.

Hi there, juracan! We appreciate your feedback about the Pixel Buds Pro, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience with the volume is below your expectations.

We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes for each ear to find the most comfortable tip for you. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

You can also try adjusting bass within the EQ settings. With Custom Equalizer (EQ), you can use sliders to adjust five different frequency bands and save your preferred settings. You can also pick one of the presets, like "Heavy bass" as a starting point. These settings do not apply to phone call audio.
