I have gone through a million buds. I find that the bud concept has been very painful in terms of losing them , poorer audio quality than expected, etc. I love these so much .The sound is great! The integration with my Pixel 7 Pro, and all of the features.I will do everything in my power to keep these in my life

great audio, and top notch noise suppression. I haven't used them in really loud situations, but they seem to do as well as my Sony headphones which is a testament to how they are designed. Thankfully they are not having any of the connection issues I experience with the original PIxel Buds I had a couple years ago.

These earbuds are pretty cool! Good sound, pretty good noise cancelling, sleek and compact case. I like that I can access all the touch controls with either bud. The battery life isn't the best, but I like that they have wireless charging, and I can even charge them with my Pixel 7 using battery share. Overall I'm very satisfied!

Bought these for work cause I like listening to music/podcasts and being a being able to quickly switch over to a call. With multipoint and audio switch that is done mostly seamlessly. Also much more comfortable than my Sony wf-1000xm4 earbuds. Battery life and sound quality are a slight step down from the sonys but they fit more comfortable when used for long periods.

Hey there, ErickE. We’re grateful for the feedback you shared, and we’re glad that you like the features, functionality, including fit and comfort, of the Pixel Buds Pro. We hear your concerns about the sound quality and the battery life.

We are confident that users are able to tune out their surroundings effectively with ANC, and tune back in with Transparency mode. Active Noise Cancellation with Silent Seal adapts to your unique ear shape, and the earbuds fit in your ear canal to maximize the amount of noise blocked. Also, with Custom EQ, you can use sliders to adjust five different frequency bands and save your preferred settings. You can also pick one of the presets, like ""Heavy bass"" for a starting point. And with Volume EQ, you can turn this on to enhance bass and treble frequencies at lower volume levels.

Battery life depends on device, features enabled, usage, environment and other factors. We suggest having the latest firmware version to improve the battery performance, and this link might help: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9642078

Love these pods. They remain secure even with sweaty workouts/runs. Noise cancelling is great and the sound is greta also. Only minor cons: while transperacny mode is decent I have heard it implemented better on other buds. 2nd, the "find my device" feature is not great. Only if the buds are out of the case and connected do you get a sound. Other than that I love them.

Work great! I love that they have a normal mode that's neither transparency or ANC. If you have a Google pixel phone, they work so seamlessly together! Though, the dual Bluetooth connection is not *as* seamless as I thought it might be, I still have to manually select to connect on any device I switch to, it just works a lot quicker.

I'm not going to lie, I really like these earbuds. They integrate seamlessly with my Pixel 7 Pro. But as good as they sound, to me it seemed to be lacking bass. I understand these are earbuds, but I have cheaper ones that I felt delivered a more balanced sound including bass. High-frequency wise these sound excellent, with an open sound stage. They are very light and comfortable. You can actually forget your wearing them. I did return these because of the bass, and yes I tried multiple EQ settings. Odd because others claim it has too much bass. Anyways, one feature I'm interested in (but didn't test) is Live Translate. I was thinking about how useful this would be when I was in a place where little English was spoken. If these go on sale for 50% in the next year I will probably give these another chance. For now though it's hard to justify spending $150 on earbuds that felt less 'full' than what I have now for less than half the price. That being said, I would still recommend these

    Nearly Perfect

These are almost perfect, if I could give it 4.5 stars then I would. Then only problem I have with them is that because of the shape and size of my ears, the Pixel Buds Pro don't sit in my ear as perfectly as the Pixel Buds A do with the wing tip. I have to adjust it a little bit more to get it to sit where I need it to but once I've done that, everything and I mean everything is absolutely perfect for me, sound, ANC, venting, controls, all great.

Hi there Tavares, thanks for reaching out to our support page. We're sorry to hear about the imperfect fit with your Pixel Buds Pro.

We understand that ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. For this reason, your Pixel Buds come with small, medium and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we'll make sure to pass this along to our product team. For any other support needs you may have with your Pixel Buds Pro, feel free to contact us here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

These are really good with a few minor exceptions. Pretty good audio performance, although I'd like a few more EQ/volume balance options). Multipoint functionality works about 99 percent of the time and worst-case scenario putting the earbuds back in the case fixes. Battery life is more than advertized both with ANC on and off. My main complaint is that these are mildly difficult to put in at first, but stay in pretty well once they're in.

Hi there Alex, we appreciate your feedback and we're glad to hear that you find the audio performance and battery life of your Pixel buds Pro pretty good. We do apologize for any difficulty you may have experienced when putting them on at first.

Your Pixel Buds Pro is designed to provide a high-quality and comfortable listening experience. For the best fit, we recommend gently inserting your earbud into the ear. After inserting each earbud, slightly rotate it back and forth until it comfortably stays in place when you move your head or tap either earbud. And, to improve the fit, your Pixel Buds Pro are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips that you can try out and see which ones fit you best. Also, ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Trying different sizes for each ear to find the best fit might work best for you. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

We'd like to answer any questions or support needs you may have in mind with your Pixel Buds Pro. You can always reach out to our support team here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

These are comfortable and connect seamlessly with my Samsung S23 Ultra with no issues. I did get a 3rd party neck lanyard for them on Amazon as I fly a lot and dropping one on the plane can be a pain when they go walkabout down the isle. The battery life seems good and they pair well with my Rokid Max VR glasses... another must have for long hauls. Google did well with this overall.
