Perfect fit for home and workplace

Firstly, let me point out, I work in a moderately noisy environment. I have found the Google earbuds to work the best for me while at my workplace. I have tried other noise canceling earbuds (even the ones that have the automatic noise canceling adjustment feature) and they tend to give me that plugged ear sensation when something makes a slightly louder noise nearby. However, the noise cancelation from the Google Pixel Pro are stable, the sound is great and they really work really well for me in the environment where I use them the most. (I'm planning on buying a second pair of Google buds just incase I leave mine at home)

I had the classics and enjoyed them. These are good but I have not been able to get the perfect fit so that they do not fall out of my ear. I would also recommend getting a case with a clip to not only protect the case if it falls but to also make it easier to find.

Hi there, Zleroi. Thanks for being an advocate of our Pixel Bud products. It's unfortunate to hear that you're not getting the right fit.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound and isolation, even when setting it in Transparency mode. If you are not getting the audio quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached. Here's a visual guide on how to properly wear your Pixel Buds: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7573099

Going from the regular puxel buds (not the most recent A iteration) i can see a drastic improvement. The active noise cancellation is great. Will it block out 100% of sound?, Nope, but is the feature worth the extra money?, I'd say so. These will be fantastic for flights.

My biggest complaint is that whenever I fix my earbud in my ear it's so easy to hit the Google button thing on end of it. So then it stops what I'm listening to, to read me notifications or will pause it. Sound quality is ok

I enjoy the transition from noise cancelling to transparent so you are able to talk to someone else. The charging case will also charge the buds rapidly so you can get back to listening in no time.

They do sound great and have really good battery life. Mine however have been plagued with connection issues. Started about a month after getting them with calls where only 1 bud would work on a call. Wasn't a specific side either. One call the right, then another call just after the left. When I hung up they'd be back to working fine with pods or music. Eventually they just started dropping calls and I'd have to reset them. The sound didn't always sync up either. Sometimes it was like the sound was being directed outwards and I'd have to take a bud put and put it back in to clear it up.

My first pair of true wireless earbuds and I'm diggn them! At $150 you can not go wrong with these. The anc could definitely be better but overall I'm happy with them. You definitely have to use the EQ to bring out the sound to their max potential.

[Employee of bestbuy] I'll keep it simple: Most everything these earbuds do is "okay". The noise cancelling is passable, the sound quality is decent (though a bit muffled), and they're not uncomfortable to wear. Transparency mode is an option, but it sounds very artificial. I didnt test call or mic quality as I pretty much exclusively use earbuds and headphones for music. At $120 on sale, I'd say theyre okay, but for something being advertised as a $200 competitor in the same space as Airpods Pro 2s and Bose QC Ultra buds, the only advantage is that theyre less expensive. Otherwise, they're entirely outclassed for another $50 or so.

Connects to multiple devices flawlessly which is why I upgraded from my original Pixel buds which Iiked a lot. I did like the original Pixel buds fit in my ear a little more but that's just probably personal preference.

Great buds if on sale but definitely would not have paid full price for them. Call Quality and multipoint are awesome, Sound quality was lacking for me but I also came from Sony XM3 and Beoplay EX. Noise cancelling I can't be a real judge on because I have an oddly shaped left ear that makes it extremely difficult to get a good seal but I could tell me from my right ear its pretty mediocre but I love having these for work or walking around outside as I use transparency more than noise cancelling and it works awesome. My big complaint with all pixel buds is the lack of volume for some reason compared to even cheaper and older buds they don't get as loud.

      Posted .

Hi KennethM, thanks for trying out the new Pixel Buds Pro. We're glad to hear that the call quality and multipoint features have been working well for you. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the sound quality.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

We understand that it’s not always possible to get a perfect seal, and audio can “leak” in from outside. With Silent Seal, Pixel Buds Pro can adapt to the shape of your ear and adjust Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to compensate, so you can fully immerse yourself in music or clearly hear your video call. We recommend using the Eartip Seal Check to check the quality of your ear tip seal and get the best possible sound:
      - On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to your phone’s Settings and then Connected devices and then Pixel Bud's settings Settings.
      - On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app Pixel Buds.
      Tap Eartip Seal Check.
