If you are just looking for earbuds for audio play back, these will work well. Everything else is just below par. - Phone calls work great or terrible, no in between - Often will not disconnect when in the case (even after a thorough cleaning) - Fit is ok, require regular adjustment - ANC works well - Switching to transparency is either too sensitive or does not catch at all - Google assistant rarely hears you, touch controls is the only consistent option - Build quality is good Overall, I would stay away from these. They are extremely frustrating and often fail to perform when most needed.

However, we're sorry to hear that you're unable to pair it with your laptop. Here are some recommended steps you can try out that may be helpful with the pairing issue:
- Forget Bluetooth devices on your phone. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds. On some Android devices, you may need to look for your Google Pixel Buds in the Bluetooth settings menu and add them as a new device.
- Ensure your earbuds are responding. Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C cable. Remove the Pixel Buds from the case. Replace one earbud and watch for the earbuds status light to blink when the earbud is inserted into the case. The light will turn orange if the earbud is charging or white if it is fully charged. Replace the other earbud and watch for the earbuds status light to blink. If either earbud is charging, the light will be orange. If both are fully charged the light will be white.
- Reset your Google Pixel Buds. Resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling and disabling features. ANC is pretty good Negatives: constantly falling out of my ear. Not a fan of silicone earbuds. Way to expensive much better off getting airpods

Your device is pre-attached with medium eartips and comes with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear.
