Hello Pain2two5, we’re glad to have your feedback that you like the sound quality and the noise canceling feature of the Pixel Buds Pro. And we’re sorry to learn you come across with fit and comfort issues.

We've balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so that they stay in your ear without the stabilizer. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure that you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.
