We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes for each ear to find the most comfortable tip for you. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.
You can also try adjusting bass within the EQ settings. With Custom Equalizer (EQ), you can use sliders to adjust five different frequency bands and save your preferred settings. You can also pick one of the presets, like "Heavy bass" as a starting point. These settings do not apply to phone call audio. I had no idea it had transparency mode, but I use frequently at work to hear my surroundings around me. It connects between my Pixel phone and iPad easily. It's an upgrade from the 2nd Samsung earbuds. The case gets dirty easily, the only drawback but a cute case can fix that.
