Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. So it’s not always possible to get a perfect seal, and audio can “leak” in from outside. With Silent Seal, Pixel Buds Pro can adapt to the shape of your ear and adjust Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to compensate, so you can fully immerse yourself in music or clearly hear your video call. Great for Pixel phones

Posted .Hi DemarcoW. We hear you, and it can be frustrating when earbuds don't fit quite right. The Pixel Buds A-Series are designed for a secure, comfortable fit, but everyone's ears are different! Pixel Buds A-Series come with three different sizes of eartips (small, medium, large). Experimenting to find the right size can make a big difference in both fit and sound quality. We hope this help!

I found myself adjusting their position in my ears more frequently than I'd like. The touch controls aren't as intuitive as they should be. Scrubbing up and down to lower volume isn't always going to be the same direction given how these buds are probably going to fit into people's differently. Sound is good though.

I've now fully converted and will never use the other ones again. The noise cancelling is legit (even on airplanes) and the ability to use one ear at a time, ask Google, and pair to my Pixel is perfect. The battery life is also great for using at work.

The Pixel Buds come pre-attached with medium eartips and also include small and large ear tips to help you achieve a better fit. Since everyone's ears are unique, it's possible that your left ear may differ from your right ear. We recommend trying different sizes for each ear to find the optimal fit. A snug seal provides improved sound quality, noise cancellation, and microphone performance. If you're not satisfied with the audio or call quality, you can try using larger eartips.
To swap eartips, simply remove the attached eartip and press the desired size onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Give the eartip a gentle pull to ensure it is securely attached. Additionally, if you're still not achieving a perfect fit with the silicone ear tips provided, you may consider trying the Comply Premium Foam Tips. These tips are made from memory foam and can offer an alternative to the typical silicone eartips. You can check Best Buy's website or contact their support team for availability information.
