Randomly disconnect or shut off. They don't sit in their case properly, so they don't always charge unless you make sure you've really pushed them in. I don't find the noise cancelling to be particularly good. Sound quality is solid for music, and they work OK on conference calls if they don't randomly turn off mid-call.

I have tried a wide variety of headphones, and these stand out. The quality of sound is great and when I am on conference calls, people hear me clearly even when I am in loud environments. I tried the translation feature, but did not get the best results. However, still no serious complaints.
