We suggest cleaning the earbud using an adhesive putty such as Blu Tack to remove the snout contamination. Press the adhesive putty on the snout to stick to the earwax, then ensure the secure attachment of the eartips after you clean the earbuds. If the issue persists, check if Disable Absolute Volume is enabled in Developer options. For Pixel or other non-Samsung Android phones, go to Settings > System > Advanced, and search for Developer options on the list. On newer versions of Android, you can also search Developer options in the search bar within the Settings app on your phone. Click on Developer options > Networking > check if “Disable absolute volume” is toggled on. If enabled, toggle to disable it. Then, restart your phone, and re-pair to test your Pixel Buds.

Not impressed with them and now they're cheaper than what I paid for them. I wish they would refund me the price difference. Or let me return them

Posted .Hi there Life123, it's awesome to hear that you liked the great battery life of your Pixel Buds Pro. We are sorry to hear that it doesn't work well with your Windows 11 laptop. If you haven't tried yet, resetting your Pixel Buds Pro may be helpful with the pairing issue. Keep in mind that resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling/disabling features. To reset, check out the steps below:
- Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds.
- Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
- Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
- When the earbuds status light (for Google Pixel Buds, this is the light inside the opened case) stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
- The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete, and then start bouncing white. Your Google Pixel Buds will be reset and should be ready to pair immediately.
