Not the worst sounding but have had better at a fraction of the cost. Plus poor connectivity and audio can be unstable especially when set to noise cancelling (this is with a pixel 7). For the price, not worth it.

Hi there, ThomasW. We appreciate your review on Pixel Buds Pro. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the sound/audio quality.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium ear tips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. So it’s not always possible to get a perfect seal, and audio can “leak” in from outside. With Silent Seal™, Pixel Buds Pro can adapt to the shape of your ear and adjust Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to compensate, so you can fully immerse yourself in music or clearly hear your video call. Check this link for more details: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7573099

Your feedback means a lot to us. If additional help is needed, contact us anytime and we’ll gladly help: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

Hi there, Dalaron1. Thanks for the feedback about the Pixel Buds Pro. We’re sorry to hear that your experience is less than ideal.

We suggest trying these troubleshooting tips that can improve the audio quality and connectivity of the Pixel Buds:
      - Check the connection between your Pixel Buds and the host device.
      - Move away from other devices that could cause interference.
      - “Forget” your Pixel Buds from your source device.
      - Make sure to have the updated firmware version: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9642078
      - Reset the earbuds and restart the source device: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/9642886

Hi there, DrewN. We appreciate your feedback. We’re glad that you find the Pixel Buds Pro great, but we’re sorry to hear they don’t fit your ears well. We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tips for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium ear tips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. To swap ear tips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the ear tip to ensure that it's properly attached.

If you’re not getting a perfect fit with our silicone ear tips, memory foam ear tips might be worth a try. And if you still need assistance, you may contact us by phone or chat so we can find all possible options to help you best: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

Hi there, MelissaS. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that Pixel Buds Pro fell short of meeting your expectations.

A poor and uneven fit with either of the earbuds may prevent you from getting the best audio experience. Your Pixel Buds Pro comes pre-attached with medium eartips with extra small and large ear tips that you can try out. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

We also recommend checking the Custom Equalizer (EQ) feature to further customize the sound quality according to your preference. You can use sliders to adjust five different frequency bands and save your preferred settings. You can also choose one of the presets, like ""Heavy bass"" as a starting point. You can learn more about this feature using this help link: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/12045780

We value your support concerns and you can always reach out to our support team for further help here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

I like it, except its firmware can only be updated thru a Google pixel phone if not Android device. Due to this limitation, I have to return it, despite i really like it. The multipoint and audio switch is real, even when I just tested it between my Pixel 7 Pro (which I am also returning) and Samsung Smart TV (which is Tizen OS-based)

Hi there, Atstorm. We're sorry to hear about your experience after using the Pixel Buds Pro. We understand this must be frustrating, and we want to help.

Ear infections can sometimes be caused by allergies or improper cleaning. We recommend consulting a doctor to diagnose the exact cause and determine the best course of treatment. You can also try cleaning the Pixel Buds Pro thoroughly after each use with alcohol wipes (not directly on the buds) and make sure your ears are clean and dry before insertion. It's possible the current ear tips aren't creating a perfect seal. We recommend trying the different sizes included or exploring hypoallergenic memory foam tips for a more comfortable fit.

If none of these suggestions resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team directly and we'd be happy to explore further options, here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

These have to be the worst earbuds for everyday use I've ever owned. For my ear none of the sizes fit properly so they don't stay in, audio is not matched to video except for YoutTube and the mic is way too sensitive to the point I cannot use the buds in a public space.

Was hoping these would work better. Since I've tried them every which way in my ear they always seem to be falling out even if I'm sitting still talking on the phone they'll just fall out of my ear. Not impressed with them and now they're cheaper than what I paid for them. I wish they would refund me the price difference. Or let me return them

Hello there, AlexD. We're sorry to hear about your experience with Pixel Buds Pro's fit and noise cancellation feature.

A secure fit and effective noise cancellation are essential for a great listening experience. We recommend trying different ear tip sizes that come with the Pixel Buds Pro. A snugger fit can significantly improve both noise isolation and audio quality. Also, while Pixel Buds Pro uses advanced ANC technology, some external noises, especially voices in close proximity, might be audible. We're always working to improve ANC performance, and your feedback helps us with that.

For additional help, we'd be happy to explore further options. You can contact our support team directly here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds madebygoogle

I was very disappointed in these, especially after reading so many good reviews. I have had them for just under 3 months and the left earbud simply stopped working. I have taken great care of them, no water damage, no heat/cold damage, etc. The design seems to be so sensitive that any little bump on them (even from the weight of a hat covering it a little) caused it to make shrieking noises that were AWFUL. They left me wanting some old school aux earbuds.

Issues: - On phone calls, I could only get 1 earbud to work. After a few minutes on the call, the other bud would drop out too. Things I did to fix it (that didn't work): - disconnect, reset buds, reconnect - update Pixel Buds App, update firmware - confirmed that my phone (S21 Ultra) works with other earbuds - it does - returned buds to BestBuy and replaced with a new pair. The issue was the same with the replacement. - Contacted Google support and spent an hour chatting with them without success. My case was escalated.
