Haven't had any cutouts or issues with the buds so far unlike the first generation which came out from Google a long time ago. I missed having access to the virtual assistant when I used Samsung ear buds in the past, forgot how convenient it is to have it available while working out or running.

They are great quality and I have had very minimal issues. I did run into an issue where one headphone would only charge in the case intermittently, but the case ended up sending a notification to my phone recommending cleaning the inside of the case. After cleaning it out and cleaning the contacts on the headphones, I've had no issues. If you do end up getting the white case, I recommend getting a protective case or sleeve. The case takes on stains and its impossible to clean it after.

However, it's too bulky and it fell of my ears very often and had to return it. But if it fits your ears. It's one of the best earbuds out there.

Only complaint I have is sometimes while talking one earbud will just go silent and you have to repair

Here are some recommended steps you might want to try out to help fix the issue:
- Check if the issue happens on only one or both your earbuds.
- Ensure your earbuds are responding. Replace one earbud and watch for the earbuds status light to blink when the earbud is inserted into the case. The light will turn orange if the earbud is charging or white if it is fully charged. Replace the other earbud and watch for the earbuds status light to blink. If either earbud is charging, the light will be orange. If both are fully charged the light will be white.
- Reset your Google Pixel Buds. Resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling and disabling features.
