We do apologize if it's not fitting well in your ear. Your Pixel Buds Pro comes with 3 ear tip sizes. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend trying different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached. We'd like to further enhance your experience with our products. They have nice sound quality with an adequate amount of bass, and noise cancelling on these buds is pretty good for what you are paying. My only problem is them falling out my ear. They sit nice and snuggle in my ear until I start to move, then they start to move and slip out my ear. Its not too much of a negative factor, but it does become a annoying and often aggravating to have this happen as often as it does. Regardless these are some great quality earbuds and I would recommend purchasing.

These are a noticable improvement in sound and battery life. Not sure work the price difference though. I feel like the A series fit my ear better as well.

We've balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so that they stay in your ear without the stabilizer. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure that you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

I used the Pixel Buds A-Series for over 3 years and the transition to the Pro has not disappointed me at all. Perfect bass sound and noise cancellation is just extraordinary.
