But WHY did they remove the wings to help them stay in your ear? Lots of common posts online about this and I wish I could say I found a solution but these darn things just won't stay in. I'll note that the sound quality and noise cancellation are awesome (for the few minutes of bliss you get when they stay posted in your ear). The "live" translation features are pretty buggy but I wasn't really interested in them. 10 points for sound quality and battery life but these get a 2/5 because they're literally unusable due to fit.

I am impressed with how well they work within the ecosystem, but sound quality overall could be better. It certainly isn't bad by any stretch, but I've heard better.

The white coating/color isn't very durable. Get a latching cover/sleeve for it to protect the color and keep the lid from opening accidentally.

The default tuning is a bit bassy for my taste, having a very noticeable "V-shaped sound", meaning both the bass and treble are louder than most sounds in the middle range- but the updates have added an EQ which lets you change the sound to your liking. I reckon most buyers might like the sound out of the box however, as it's still detailed and powerful sounding. It also does not appear to have any of the hardware issues that the previous, discontinued Pixel Buds had.

I have a problem buying headphones (Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds 2, Sennheiser Momentum 3, and AirPods Max) and I'm liking these the best so far. There is already a firmware update as well (Android phone required). Multipoint is working great between my 3 devices (Galaxy S22 Ultra, 16" MacBook Pro, and iPad Air G5). While there is no type C cable or charger in the box; I use a wireless charger so it is not an issue for me. I recommend them for Android users.

The lower frequencies are blocked out but many of the higher ones slip through, for example vacuums. The bass is good though and the eq is pretty easy to mess with

Your Pixel Buds Pro comes pre-attached with medium eartips with extra small and large ear tips that you can try out. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.
Your Pixel Buds Pro also comes with Custom Equalizer (EQ) settings too. You can use sliders to adjust five different frequency bands and save your preferred settings. Decent sound, okay fitment

Which I seem to have trouble with finding the right buds for me. If fitment hasn't been a trouble for you then I'd definitely try these out. Especially for the money.

We've balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so that they stay in your ear without the stabilizer. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure that you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. That said, If you want to consider trying out the Pixel Buds Pro in the future, we recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal.
