We do apologize if it's not fitting well in your ear. Your Pixel Buds Pro comes with 3 ear tip sizes. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend trying different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached. We'd like to further enhance your experience with our products. Great everyday use headphones

I use them as my daily headphones for everything from music to podcasts to watching videos. Sound is great and I've had zero connection issues. My only complaint is not having the wing from the previous gen buds as they held them in the ear better than this design. I use a pair of Bose earbuds with wings to run & workout so cannot comment on using these for that purpose.

Good, but not great.

These are a noticable improvement in sound and battery life. Not sure work the price difference though. I feel like the A series fit my ear better as well.

We've balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so that they stay in your ear without the stabilizer. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure that you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

Great sound won't break the bank

At their price point it's hard to find others that beat them in Active Noise Cancelation. The seal is great and blocks out unwanted noises. The only downside is the app, it could be simplified and made to be more intuitivive. But I think it's bc Google wants you to use voice commands as it's default interface.

They integrate well with the pixel phone and the sound quality is terrific. I wish there was a way to keep them more secure in the ear, but I think that's an inherently unavoidable issue with any earbud.

Better than expected!
