The hardware quality is fine. Sound was/is great, and they were comfortable to wear. After about 4 months of use they started to get a loud beeping/humming noise they made listening to anything impossible.

    B+ on noise cancelling

I was impressed with it's noise cancelling ability. I know airpods can be better with noise cancelling but for its price and if you don't want to be in the ios/apple ecosystem these are great! Haven't had a problem w them.

I enjoy the transition from noise cancelling to transparent so you are able to talk to someone else. The charging case will also charge the buds rapidly so you can get back to listening in no time.

Better than Samsung pros and JbL minis. Very comfortable. They don’t really come out of your ears every 10 sec like the Samsung pros. Sounds is great even if others say otherwise.

The headphones are really good, I love them, the only bad thing is that the instant translation function only works if you have a Google Pixel Smartphone, but everything else is good The battery life is good, it lasts a long time.

Hey there, BernardoP! Thanks for giving us feedback, and we appreciate that you love the Pixel Buds Pro along with its battery life. We hear your concern about the Google Translate feature. Luckily, this works with any Assistant-enabled Pixel or Android 6.0+ phones. I was skeptical on owning a pair of pixel buds coming from being an apple only kinda fella, but I absolutely love them! I will say they do fit my ears kinda funny but that's okay. I really enjoy the "toggle" to make them noise cancelling and I do enjoy the auto detect for talking it will pause the music and turn off noise cancelation automatically. although if you do like to hum along to music sometimes it will think you are trying to talk and that is annoying. but overall I would absolutely recommend them!!

If you don't mind the bulkiness overall it's a good product. Despite trying different tips, I just couldn't get it to feel secure in my ear and a few times they did drop out of my ear at the gym, I also had to switch back to using my phone while on a call so I felt like it was better used for listening to the music than anything else. For listening only it was pretty good.

They finally got pixel buds right. There's some weird software stuff from time to time but they work as marketed. The noise cancelling is really good. Fog looks white in person though just saying.

Coming from the original pixel buds, I REALLY REALLY wanted to like these. But WHY did they remove the wings to help them stay in your ear? Lots of common posts online about this and I wish I could say I found a solution but these darn things just won't stay in. I'll note that the sound quality and noise cancellation are awesome (for the few minutes of bliss you get when they stay posted in your ear). The "live" translation features are pretty buggy but I wasn't really interested in them. 10 points for sound quality and battery life but these get a 2/5 because they're literally unusable due to fit.

Hello MMMM, your review on the Pixel Buds Pro is appreciated and we're sorry to hear that your experience with the fit and design of the device has been less than ideal. Your Pixel Buds Pro comes with extra ear tips with different sizes so that you can improve the fit in your ear. We recommend trying different sizes to find the best fit. If you’re not getting a perfect fit with our silicone eartips, memory foam eartips might be worth a try. Rest assured that we'll relay your feedback to the right team for improvements we may provide in the future. In the meantime, if you have additional questions or need further assistance with your Pixel Buds Pro, please don't hesitate to contact us on our Google Help page here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

High quality headphones with a nice design. The earbuds themselves feel secure while exercising and I've worn them for a long period and not had any discomfort. Transparency mode is fine, but definitely is lacking compared to other headphones with similar features. Battery life on the buds are fine, but the charging case needs to be charged more than I would have expected. The only gripe I have with them is that sometimes they have difficulty connecting when I first open the case and will need me to try multiple times. Could be my phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra) or the buds, but it's a small enough issue that I still use them.

Hi David, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you like the quality and design on the new Pixel Buds Pro.

If charging your Pixel Buds Pro seems longer than usual, we recommend trying out some troubleshooting below to try and fix the charging problems:
      - Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and within the case.
      - If they have not successfully retained a charge, try a factory reset.
      - For wireless charging: Try realigning the case on the charging surface.

If you haven't tried yet, resetting your Pixel Buds Pro may be helpful with the connectivity issue. Resetting the Pixel Buds and case will reset all their settings. This includes the name of the device and preferences for enabling/disabling features.
      - Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds.
      - Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
      - Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
      - Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
      - When the earbuds status light (for Google Pixel Buds, this is the light inside the opened case) stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
      - The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete, and then start bouncing white. Your Google -Pixel Buds will be reset and should be ready to pair immediately.
      - You will need to forget and re-pair any other devices Pixel Buds were paired with.

My new EVERYDAY buds. I was skeptical that these could be so much better than the Google buds I already owned, but took the plunge. WAY BETTER, would be an understatement. Solid bass, clean mid and highs render all genres of music more enjoyable. Great separation grants an excellent soundstage. Super easy to pair with my 6PRO, and the ability to move from one device to another....sorely needed. The promised equalizer will even make these better...but my recommendation is: DO IT....just get them...you will be happy.

Hi there, JonathanC. We're glad to hear that you're liking the sound quality and comfortable fit of the new Pixel Buds Pro. We apologize if the audio goes out of sync when making phone calls.

We recommend trying out the steps below to see if it might be helpful with the issue:
      - Ensure that your Pixel Buds Pro are properly charged.
      - Check the ring volume level on your phone. On the mobile device, press the volume button to open the volume slider. At the right, tap the down arrow. Under In-call volume, ensure that the volume is set to an audible level.
      - Forget and reset the Pixel Buds and charging case. Resetting your earbuds will reset all settings, which include the name of the device and preferences to enable or disable features. To reset, open the device's Settings on your phone. Tap Connected devices. Under """"Previously connected devices"""", find Pixel Buds and tap Settings. Tap Forget. Reset the Google Pixel Buds.
