I will say the noise cancelling feature is freaking amazing. That said, description said about 11hrs of play time. Since day one, I've never gotten more than 5hrs of play time. They also don't fit as well as my LG that I've been loyal to for about 15yrs. Once I had one fall out and almost land in my coffee. I've never had that happen with LG. I am disappointed

In order to allow the Pixel Buds Pro to remain in your ear without the stabilizer arc, we've balanced their weight and shifted their center of gravity closer to the ear canal. To ensure you get the right ear tip size for the best stability and seal, we have also created an ear tip fit test. We recommend experimenting with different sizes for each ear to determine the optimal fit, as the Pixel Buds come pre-attached with medium eartips. The Pixel Buds come pre-attached with medium eartips and also include small and large ear tips to help you achieve a better fit. Since everyone's ears are unique, it's possible that your left ear may differ from your right ear. We recommend trying different sizes for each ear to find the optimal fit. A snug seal provides improved sound quality, noise cancellation, and microphone performance. If you're not satisfied with the audio or call quality, you can try using larger eartips.
To swap eartips, simply remove the attached eartip and press the desired size onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Give the eartip a gentle pull to ensure it is securely attached. Additionally, if you're still not achieving a perfect fit with the silicone ear tips provided, you may consider trying the Comply Premium Foam Tips. These tips are made from memory foam and can offer an alternative to the typical silicone eartips. You can check Best Buy's website or contact their support team for availability information.

Besides the fact hat they are so pretty, it's the quality that won me over. So easy to turn up/down, use the noise cancelling option, or ask Google assistant whatever you want/need. Not to mention the long life battery. Simply amazing. Getting them on sale just sweetened even more an already sweet deal.
