Your device is pre-attached with medium eartips and comes with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Great sound won't break the bank

At their price point it's hard to find others that beat them in Active Noise Cancelation. The seal is great and blocks out unwanted noises. The only downside is the app, it could be simplified and made to be more intuitivive. But I think it's bc Google wants you to use voice commands as it's default interface.
