We do apologize if it's not fitting well in your ear. Your Pixel Buds Pro comes with 3 ear tip sizes. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend trying different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached. We'd like to further enhance your experience with our products. Active Noise Cancellation is definitely nice. Having the ability to translate other languages on the fly is an amazing, yet, less used feature.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. The noise cancelling is as good as I've experienced in a pair of earbuds. The Google/Pixel integration is phenomenal, as well. I can say, without a doubt, that if I were to lose one of them, I would buy another pair without even considering another brand.

These are a noticable improvement in sound and battery life. Not sure work the price difference though. I feel like the A series fit my ear better as well.

We've balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so that they stay in your ear without the stabilizer. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure that you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. Pixel Bud Pro

I tried the galaxy buds, jaybird vista, beats studio buds and studio buds+ and the Pixel Bud Pro had the best mic. I am also impressed with the sound quality overall and enjoy the fact that it allows for some customization. Biggest flaw is they don't stay in my ear very well while working out. It's doable but I do have to adjust them every once in a while to reposition them. Overall solid headphones and do what I need them to.

The noise cancelization is amazing. Sometimes I even have to turn it off because I can't hear absolutely anything. My only gripe with these is that the battery doesn't last quite as long as I thought it would. If I use them at work from the beginning of my shift they only last about 3/4 of the way through.
