Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips as well, so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound, noise cancellation, and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached. And, if you’re not getting a perfect fit with the silicone ear tips that came with your Pixel Buds Pro, you might want to try out the Comply Premium Foam Tips which are made from memory foam instead of the typical silicone eartips. The noise passthrough is awesome as well because I can hear my surroundings without taking them out. They aren't as comfortable as the pixel buds a series though. Would rate like 4.5 stars but I need to pick one or the other. Worth full price but would be amazing on sale.

We’re glad that you find the noise cancellation feature and the transparency mode great, and it’s unfortunate to learn they don’t feel comfortable in your ears. We've balanced the weight of the Pixel Buds Pro so that they stay in your ear without the stabilizer. We’ve moved the center of gravity closer to the ear canal, and have developed an ear tip fit test to make sure that you select the correct ear tip size for optimal stability and seal. We recommend trying out all 3 ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable tip for you, and ensure that you get the best comfort and seal. Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear.
